    We loved our stay here! I definitely recommend staying in Tala Bay instead of the main town area of Aqaba. It was quiet and peaceful. The views of the sea are incredible. The grounds and facilities are spotless and well landscaped with lots of trees and flowers. Spacious beach area for walking and relaxing. Great selection of foods for breakfast and other restaurants to choose from for drinks and other meals.

    location , away from the crowded areas of Aqaba city center. people were friendly at all times, guests and staff.

    room service was slow because the resort is so big.

    Quiet location, pleasant grounds, private beach, friendly staff.

    Terrible food. Disco music all day by the pools. Old, dirty shuttle bus into town that doesn't run frequently enough.

    1- Unjustified delay in check in made us and many others frustrated. 2- AC in the room was defected for some time before being repaired. 3- Room service did not put correct number of towels until we ask.

    Good location on the beach and with all the basic infrastructure in place - like any good beach resort !

    "One touch service" - which was really a "multi touch service"...had to follow up with staff for virtually evrything, except to specific individuals "arthur" in the gym area and "sabrina". We were checked into two rather oorly appointed rooms- and had to follow up with many folks and finally to their GM - Nickolson - who finally got us shifted to nicer rooms...but the whole hotel's feel was just not friendly and service oriented...with departmental silo's coming in the way of customersatisfaction...on check out day they refused to drop us at the airport - using the so called free hotel shuttle - and forced to take a hotel cab...which was ok...but left us feeling yet again that nothing seemed to work smoothly at the hotel... not an hotel I would recommend or go to again... Radisson Blue management - you guys have some serious work to do to clean up your systems and processes..

    The restraunt had the worst service I ever witnessed. The employees there were very rude and disrespectful and had no concern for customer satisfaction. Even the manager there was careless for when I complained about the rude employee who wouldn't put me a cup of coffee when I requested it multiple times. Not even water was served when we were seared. The only thing they did perfectly was print out the 200 Jodi bill. Nothing more than a "sorry" was said. I'm very disappointed from this "5 star hotel" and there lack of respect. On my way in I asked for drinks and the lady disregarded what I asked for then Later once I was full and dome eating the dry food with no soda I requested a again and she looked atd and said "you know that will cost extra" and I looked back I'm rage saying ok if I didn't have the money for a dan drink or this hotel would I be here?? I'm the owner of 4 companies in the USA what on earth gave you the rude heart and disrespectful look on your face to look at me like that? In my honest opinion it was just terrible

    A medium sized resort with short traveling distances between facilities, clean and comfortable

    Lack of activities at night and thoughout the day, no evening entertainment for young adults. Quality and variety of food isn't upto standards

    Location next to the sea; green area.

    This hotel doesn`t correspond to 5*, it`s hardly 4*! Dirty area (empty cans, cigarettes, pieces of paper etc.), no sand on the hotel beach! When I was playing football, I broken my feet, because no sand on the court, only stones! So expensive food and drinks at the restaurants.

    Beautiful grounds and tasty food, service was prompt, lots of things for small kids (2 and 4) to do. Nice connection to the other resorts and amenities in Tala Bay (including privileges to air conditioned exercise room in the adjacent condo complex). Very close to the good scuba diving just to the north. The free hotel shuttle to Aqaba was nice too.

    Wifi was too slow to use most of the time. Beach was a bit rocky, but still plenty of sand for the kids to play in.

    Translation Staff very helpful and polite they are trying to serve the guest in various ways. Jafer was helpful also marya and rastliyn .

    The checkout time is early i suggust to change it into 2pm to give the gest more time
