Clean and well maintained room. Taxi fare around Madaba is one JD so you do not need to be in the city center. Good breakfast. Kind and willing manager.

Room is not big, but enough space to move around.

    Well decorated hotel, clean.

The breakfast is only adequate. More staff needs to be better versed in English.

Excellent customer service. The breakfast area had a commanding view of the intersection and non-stop activities of the morning.

Small leak around base of the toilet. Needs new seal!

Nice clean modern hotel with nice break out, common areas. Lovely breakfast room and close to town.

2 out of the 3 nights were quiet noisy around 3 am in the common area in front of the rooms. A lot of eko is produced from the tiled floors. No house keeping, not an issue if you stay for a couple of nights, but could be if you stay longer term.

Comfortable room and bed and above-average breakfast overlooking entertaining traffic intersection. Hotel arranged transportation to sites in the area at much-better-than-taxi prices. Friendly staff, though they are not always manning the desk.

Bathroom materials were cheap -- shower head attachment was falling out of its socket constantly; bathroom hooks felt flimsy and liable to break. TV satellite receiver was disconnected so had to call room service to fix, which took half an hour.

It is easy to get to from airport and an easy walk to town centre. Staff friendly and very obliging. Facilities and rooms are clean, light and more than adequate. Reasonably quiet and has a relaxed, personal feel to it because it is not too big. Very nice to have tea and coffee and Wi-Fi available at all times. The price! It is excellent value for money.

A few minor repairs and maintenance work need to be done in some rooms such as broken hooks, old squealing extractor fans in bathroom. No fruit at breakfast. A couple of the staff on front desk are not Jordanian and although very friendly and obliging could do with a little more training and knowledge about the area and hotel to be able to help guests more.

i stayed i the hotel for 3 nights in april 2014. its fullfills the wishes of a travellers heart: i had a simple, clean room with a clean bathroom containing a small bathtube and a clean showercurtain. breakfast is a simple buffett in a bright clean room downstairs. there is a sitting area with a few tables on the first floor and a spaciouse lobby with comfortable living room chairs and sofa. wifi is working very well in the room also. the walk to st. george church wont take more than 10 to 15 min. cafes, restaurants and small shops are just accross the street. friendly staff who make you feel really welcome. they also help you to arrange tours or taxis. if you stay in rummans after a stay at the dead sea they can send you a taxi to pick you up at the dead sea which is much cheaper than the taxis from the dead sea hotels.

The service was outstanding, especially from Mohannad at the front desk. Our room was very clean, breakfast was good, tea and coffee were available 7 x 24, the shower was large with lots of hot water, their day trips by taxi were very well priced, and the location was an easy 10 minute walk to downtown.

    Nothing.

A group of 19, our flights had been changed so instead of a night in Madaba we only had a few hours before a rushed, late-night transfer to the airport. We kept just a room at the hotel to tidy ourselves up a bit: the hotel staff was incredibly nice and helpful, gave us a bigger room than we had originally booked and really did their best for us. The hotel looked rather unimpressive from the outside, but it's deceptively spacious, nice and clean inside. Only a short walk to the city centre, definitely a good experience.

Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Walking 10 minutes from St. George church. They helped us to have arranged tour by taxi. Omar he was very gentle. Thank you.

Hot water was temporarily not working. It was freezing. Clean but very basic room condition. I think it is little bit pricy. Next time I prefer to stay in Amman and drop Madaba for hours.

The hotel aims to provide comfort and quality service at a reasonable price and you cannot fault how it does so. All the staff are very welcoming and helpful in true Jordanian fashion. You carry with you the owner's business card and are encouraged to telephone if you have any problem whatsoever. Large room, good breakfast - everything you need. Easy walk into Madaba and therefore convenient for all the mosaic sites and Madaba itself is a good centre for visiting the surrounding area. Eating places and small shops nearby.
