El hotel era excelente, tranquilo , con una vista a la entrada de Petra fanta`stica desde la habitaciòn.La gente muy servicial.Tenìa ascensor.Un lujo para gente mayor. Y todo era impecable.Muy recomendable.

I stayed 2 nights there. There was a blackout in the first night. After the blackout, the air-conditioner didn't work, but it made a huge noise like a generator... I called the front desk. Obviously the staff speaks only a little English. Instead helping me to solve the problem, he asked me to call some general in another room (???). I couldn't understand why and asked him to that general to call me. I never received the call. I talked to the front desk the next morning and even wrote down what the problem was, but no one took care of the problem when I returned to that hotel around 9 in the evening. The 2nd night is not ok either. There was no hot water.

Great value for money when you book without breakfast. Take a taxi to the entrance of Petra. Free Wifi

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing! So generous and helpful! The restaurants nearby were great prices.

the toilet seat wasn't clean in our room and the bed was a little springy. The location was further away from Petra than we pictured.

Description on booking.com inaccurate. The "roof top terrace overlooking Petra" is a construction site with exposed concrete reinforcement framing and rubbish. The top floor is abandoned/unused. Location without your own car is ok, but not the best. "At the entrance to Petra" means at the entrance to the town of Petra on top of the hill. Not anywhere near the tourist attraction of the ancient Petra city. Lead pricing on booking.com. As you check in, add 20% and they will try to push adding buffet breakfast and dinner. Didn't have dinner, but breakfast was rubbish. Lots of competition in Petra re: hotels so there's no need to pick this one.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms.

- Although near eating places, its a bit of a way to the Petra entrance and taxis are somewhat of a rip-off in Wadi Musa. - the breakfast needs to be improved - at the least, fresh (arabic) bread would help.

Value for the money was good. Cheap place to stay if you are on a budget, but understand that means you get what you pay for. The people communicating with me online before my trip were helpful arranging my transport from the airport to Petra. Some people at the hotel very helpful as well. (Others not so much). The Turkish Bath was not working the day I was there, but they arranged for me to go to another place which was nice.

Bathroom were rather moldy. Toilet seat broken. No stopper in the tub. Some people, I won't say who, seemed a little aggressive since I was a single woman traveling alone, but you find this in Petra a little bit. If you just say "no" they generally are get the message however. Ketchup and hot sauce on the tables in the restaurant really need to be thrown away and replaced. Very old and brown. Turkish Bath not working the day I was there. Not walking distance to Petra. You must arrange transport. (You don't really need to book the tour from the hotel. It's easy to take a taxi and do Petra on your own.) Taxis are abundant on the way back from Petra. Asked for wake up call my first morning and didn't get it. Would suggest bringing an alarm clock.

We went to this hotel and It was our best holiday ever. Beautiful room, food was great also the service was 100% . Staff is really great and very friendly.I hope to return to this hotel this summer.

I enjoyed a very high level of service. Everyone from reception/room and restaurant staff have been very helpful and attentive. The hotel rooms are in good condition , clean and nice view . Good breakfast buffet

Its is not on the entrance of petra gate as mentioned on their site, you need to go in a car to see petra site.

it was a nice stay there, where every things are ready, clean and adjusted I advice any one wants to visit Petra to stay in this hotel due to good location and availability of services, banks and restaurants.

It's a 5 minute ride from the entrance of the ancient site of Petra. The lobby of the hotel looks luxurous, but the rooms are à bit of à disappointment. The bathroom is small. The hotel is situated near à bush road.

It is ok in terms of money&value.

Old amenities, furniture. Food could be better. Personal have to be trained a little more, we got in situation, when clerk didnt know if breakfast included or not (I knew not), my hubby didnt and when he asked do we have to pay or not, he sad breakfast included. In checking out price show up, my hubby got really confused , manager had to take out the price? I didnt want to fight with my hubby , so we left.

so i have stayed in this hotel a few times now and never could i say a bad thing to say.i get treated like princess's and get amazing treatment by all staff. I wouldnt want to change stay and always recomend this hotel to all. The food is always delicious, the hotel rooms are always sparkling clean. Its the best hotel ever and i wish i could stay forever. Definetly recommend

we went to This hotel in Aug. we can honestly say that, despite staying in many hotels, this will always be the one to remember. Amazing room / bathroom / service / restaurants / service &The staff and management bend over backwards to make sure you have an amazing holiday in every way. We enjoyed here alot .
