The staff very freindly In the morning the hotel is very dirty ( from 6:00am - 8:00am) I thing they don't have staff at this time to clean.

I like the location ,, and the lovely staff whose smile all the time and offering their help even without asking ( even the houskeeping staff) i like the place and will be Sheraton guest any time could visit Amman in the future.

The staff were very informitive and friendly, willing to help in every way. They went out of their way to help with my grandaughter who is eight years. They made sure we knew the price the taxi should charge when we choose to get around, that was very helpfull. The food was very international, lots of choices.

I was there in Sheraton Amman from 12-15 Jan 2012 in a Towers room ..... The hotel in general is so nice, clean, comfort, facillites are good, food is normal not special, stuff is friendly -mainly Mohamed El-Debler- & the location is not that good Food is average, not so nice & no special plates

Great hotel. Was travelling for business, and unfortunately there were some issues with the internet and printing services, but the hotel did everything possible to provide me with what I needed, and were extremely helpful. Very nice facilities and excellent health centre.
