The staff very freindly In the morning the hotel is very dirty ( from 6:00am - 8:00am) I thing they don't have staff at this time to clean.

Good location, easy to get everywhere in Amman by taxi. Stayed in Towers room, very nice room with balcony. Access to lounge. Good buffet breakfast. Staff was very friendly.

Staff were friendly . The Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of foods . Smoking in the public areas / lounges wasn't ideal as my wife is asthmatic. We felt the wifi / internet charges were quite steep. Yes we could use the club lounge but this was not ideal because of the smoking issue . The following is not really about the Hotel itself its just something we felt we needed, others may manage fine without it..As first time travellers to Jordan we were disappointed at the lack of tourist information available . The in room directory just said ask at conceirge desk. We did this and were given an A4 sheet with a basic map of the City. However this was not detailed enough for us to find certain places as it was only pointing out the general location and not streets. I would have gladly bought a more detailed map had one been offered.

The staff were uniformly helpful whenever asked. They helped arrange a car for us to visit Petra and to tour Amman. Reception staff was helpful in problem with MasterCard, and restaurant staff quickly solved a problem during one of our dinners. Very professional staff.

The room was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was not great. The food was either soggy or dried up and I found a hair in the mushrooms which was really unpleasant.

very good hotel. clean. luxirious. the price is very high. The internet is very complicated to use and very expensive, one hour costs almost $30. also, I found it very irritating that room service enters your room at night when no one answers to clean the room... I was inside my room and some one came for room service at night... very disturbing behaviour from a 5 star hotel... ruined my night...

I was there in Sheraton Amman from 12-15 Jan 2012 in a Towers room ..... The hotel in general is so nice, clean, comfort, facillites are good, food is normal not special, stuff is friendly -mainly Mohamed El-Debler- & the location is not that good Food is average, not so nice & no special plates

Great hotel. Was travelling for business, and unfortunately there were some issues with the internet and printing services, but the hotel did everything possible to provide me with what I needed, and were extremely helpful. Very nice facilities and excellent health centre.

The lobby is very nice. Didn't like the fact that after eating a room service meal, my youngest child was instantly sick, followed by my wife and our other child having very upset stomachs and diarrhoea for the next 3 days!!! They had to remain in the room very close to the washroom! I was more fortunate as I didn't have room service food at that time (nor since of course!) I made use of the happy hour snacks and drinks as I wanted to get my money's worth as the hotel and facilities are far too expensive.
