The toilet was not disinfected at the time we checked in. We had to call house keeping to do there job,,, the food was very bad. We ordered American breakfast in the room; the juice was so rotten every thing else was boon dry, it was simply the worst I have ever had. |

Clean rooms. Good location. Good security. Disparity in price between hotel taxis and regular taxis. Failed to inform us that we would need passports when travelling along the Dead Sea Highway. Poor water drainage in shower. |

I liked my stay there. it and nice, the room was so clean and well arranged. there was a wedding party the pool area on night, it was so noisy and it make me restless till midnight. |

I was not in Amman but at the Dead Sea. Booked by mistake the wrong hotel but at my arrival at the Dead Sea everything could be changed. |

Staff were clearly experienced and knew what to do and did it rapidly while being very friendly.. Check-in was reasonable and painless. |

There was avery large party one night. It appeared to be a very expensive party of influental people. The noise was extremely loud in my ninth-floor room. The staff moved me to a room on the other side of the hotel that was quiet. Several guests were upset about the noise. Also, the temperature in the rooms is centrally controlled and is kept too warm. |

Ho trovato l'albergo molto ben tenuto e efficiente. Putroppo i servizi extra sono molto cari. Internet e la colazione ad esempio. I taxi dell'albergo costano troppo. |

Prima hotel, veilig. Frontdesk personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam Brandalarm gaat om de haverklap af na gebruik douche, als de deur van de badkamer open gaat. Gemeld maar wordt als "normaal" afgedaan. Toiletten in openbare ruimtes hotel ronduit slecht. Bedonderd door chauffeur van hotel taxi. |
