very professional, kind but would expect nothing less of Jordanians.

Asked for non smoking room and given smoking room unless I wanted to pay a great deal more for a suite. Would have cancelled reservation if had time to find another hotel

Our double room was not ready when we arrived and so they upgraded us to a suite - we had to wait a while to move in, but that wasn't a problem as the suite was beautiful! The staff were friendly and welcoming and the facilities at the hotel were excellent.

Attitude of the staff, especially in the Executive Lounge; they were all very keen and eager to help and really wanted you to enjoy your stay. A special mention to Rosanna, Chona and Nayef in the Executive Lounge; to Omar, the front desk manager; to Jamil, the porter; and most especially to Ed, the General Manager, who was absolutely outstanding, with a level of professionalism which is a credit to the Marriott brand name!!

The hired car with driver through the hotel was a disaster for me and almost ruined my entire stay. It was, however, dealt with promptly and efficiently. The entire hotel reeked of smoke, except for the Executive Lounge. The decor is a bit tired and worn, however even so, there is still a wonderful ambience about the place.

- Some nice staff are working in the restaurant during breackfast time - Hot & cold AC is available in room - Nice champios bar at 1st floor

- Marriott Service attitude is not there but level of service is 100% dependant to the tip you are giving - Internet pricing are not included and very high

The room was too cold and heating setting in ac did not work.

The have a good location , fair price

There was a small issue related to my booking when I did the booking it was clear that the breakfast was included but in the reception told me its not which force to upgrade my booking with the hotel and cost me more money . Please find out what happen and I need a feedback

, Hotel Staff Nature or appearance gives you that warm feeling you get being with relatives or friends, where it is their goal is to help you enjoy your stay

It is nice to let hotel gusts know if there is any wedding party in hotel’s facility, especially if party activity such as songs affect their resting time

Just the Location of hotel next to my business

The receptionist asked me to pay for breakfast and said that breakfast for my room only one person with the knowledge that include in your booking web side written for two person I refused and asked the hotel manager and apologized to me and said that the employee was wrong You must address to the hotel so as not to be repeated with a second person in the future

the hotel is in good location for city trip

the hotel stuff are not frindly food kinds not belong to five star hotel rooms are not clean very expensive

It is Marriott, I never expected this!

The room that they gave me is too small, Maybe half of the size that was shown in The picture; the bed was stinking, it was Impossible to stay

I was pleased to stay in the hotel, as everything was as I would have liked it to be.

This is five star property and they don't offer a water bottle in the room??? When asked for it, the answer was to drink from tap. Old furniture old hotel...never again

It's location

This was one of the nicest, friendliest hotel experiences I have every had. I was traveling with a friend and we found the staff of the Marriott absolutely fabulous, attentive and willing to accommodate our every need. The front desk staff, the restaurant manager and waiters, the room cleaners...everyone...was top knotch! We had a very memorable trip to Jordan and I would highly recommend this hotel to prospective travellers to this beautiful city.

لايوجد انترنت الامقابل اشتراك وكان السعو مرتفع جدا لايوجد افطار مع السكن وهذه سلبيث كليرة تقلل من سمعة الفندق العالمية لايوجد محاسبة لمن يدخن في غرف عير المدخنين

Keurig hotel 5 sterren waardig. Behulpzaam personeel, prima kamers en goed eten in 5 verschilende locaties binnen het hotel Het executive pakket is een waardevolle optie voor weinig extra geld.

Standard Internet is te duur, ca. €15 per dag. Er wordt gezegd dat het intnet gratis s in de executive lounge, maar dat is alleen op hun eigen terminals, niet met een persoonlijke laptop of ipad. Voor de executive package zou het gewoon gratis moeten zijn.
