Gym, Internet, Non-Smoking Floor
Smoking everywhere in Lobby, Resturants, Lifts, even in Non-Smoking areas.
food , staff
When trying to sleep and relax had ladies knocking on my door all night
I liked the staff they tried very hard and did everything I requested with a big smile and were very kind people.
I didn't like being put in smoking rooms when I requested no smoking, I didn't like the noisy room 1701 - no one should have to sleep there, I didn't like the 25% surcharge when they say the Wifi and services are free they should be free. Check the hidden cost your total price isn't really - the total price. that is the price they will tack on a service fee to and 16 % taxes so the real rate is an additional 26%
Bat room and all things
The breakfast buffet was a mess, the chef did not understand how to cook eggs, food was running our without being replenished.
first of all you can notice that it is an old hoter from the first site, the bathroom equipments is very old with bad maintenance. also the room carbet isn't clean and full of dust. i couldn't get to sleep because of one of the house keeping guys was Knocking hard on my door shouting: "room service" 3 to 4 times , he waked me up and when i went to open the door he was left. i don't know why they are not using the "old room phones" to communicate with you.
Staffs so friendly ,very welcoming and they serve tasty breakfast.
Bed is trouble, we spend frist night trying to sleep, plus a bathroom needs change, even if need to be classic but should change
smocking is allowed everywhere.

- spacious clean room - great friendly and courteous staff and room service food was delicious.
- showerhead was broken and needed to be replaced. - the centralized a/c was slightly more noisy than normal.
The food which we ordered to the room came late and cold! Didn't worth the wait at all.
Food was good
large nomber of security
Small and very old rooms. Tiny bathrooms, in bad shape. People smoking in the non smoking area of the restaurant at breakfast.
Every think is baaaaaaad
Wednesdays they have prostitutes all over the hotel.
Great location and friendly, helpful staff. Room was superb and the view is incredible. Eating options are great and very close to main part of town.
Breakfast is good
Dirty place./ Carpet not changed iun years with big dirty spots everywhere. Outdated rooms and bathrooms. I ordered a baby crib at the time of reservation and at arrival and was promised one but later was told :"could not fine one". Instead, I was gived a very dirty mattress to use for my baby to sleep on. Too much money for poor hotel.
The buffet is expensive. Unexpected taxes to pay.
