Friendly and helpful staff, free WiFi in the common areas, and very cheap in the rooms. It is trying to be eco-friendly. The breakfast was good and plentiful.

The rooms are a bit shabby but clean and comfortable.

Staff were very helpful and corteous. Food wes exgellent all s ervice was excellent our driver during our stay Abu Saleem was first class as a driver guide and can only be described as a perfect gentleman he added so much to our stay and i do hope we meet at some future date

Very clean and nice hotel. Got moved to a suite for no extra charge. Excellent staff and drivers.

Bad administration

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Spacious room. Clean except see below.

The sink in the shower was so dirty that the water could not drain.

Lobby was nicely decorated. food was of a good standard.

Room was in poor repair and bathroom dirty.

Staff were friendly and willing to assist were possible, they helped me to arrange a tour.

We expected a nice hotel , and we found hotel well maintained, beautiful, neat and beyond our expectations. Staff was very very kind and the rooms are large, spacious, clean and well .equipped When we will come back to Amman, we will book in Toledoo again, as long as prices remain the same.

Charming hotel and good value. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. For example, we had a very early flight to catch, yet breakfast was provided for us at 5:00 am even thought the restaurant didn't officially open until 6:30.

Probably not the most central location in Amman, but in a very nice neighborhood and a close taxi ride to wherever you might want to go.

1-Hotel environment is generally friendly and comfortable. 2-Staff are very cooperative. 3-Breakfast is excellent.

1-Security staff need to have a welcoming smile on their face. 2-Room Cupboard is too old 3-Room floor needs to be wholly carpeted 4-Supper meal needs more variety

In a difficult to navigate city the Toledo was easy to find and known by locals/taxi drivers. The triple room was big enough to fit our family with an extra bed. The bathroom was large. The reception staff were very helpful with directions and information. Free wi-fi in common areas but beware smoking culture so hard to find clean air space.

This hotel was fine considering the price we paid but it was tired. The lobby and restaurant areas were nicely decorated but the rooms and halls worn and gloomy and honestly our bathroom needed a good clean. The breakfast had variety but 'hot' food was always cold and not particularly appetising. The gym/pool was not useful to us as we were advised there are different days for men/women and that the children were too young to use the facilities (ages 3, 6 and 8).

Courteous staff and a great location.

As with many hotels in the Middle East, the lobby was often full of cigarette smoke, and smoke sometimes seeped into the rooms.

Everything was OK

Bad internet service

Excellent hotel and great value for money. The manager gave us a free upgrade to a suite, which we appreciated. Our two nights were comfortable - everything worked, which isn't always a given. Breakfast was quite a spread and there was free wireless Internet in the lobby (although that was slightly slow). It's near to Downtown and even nearer to the King Abdullah Mosque, which is worth a visit, as well as the National Gallery. Some slightly unrelated advice - Don't bother with Shmeisani - there is no 'cafe culture'!

Some noise from a mosque filtered through - but that's a given in most parts of Amman.
