The staff were great; the room was like the pictures. We had an issue with the lights in the room in the middle of the night and they immediately upgraded us to a bigger room.
The bathroom was not as great as I hoped but it was still clean and acceptable. The beds were pretty comfortable and I slept well but not that dreamy comfort you sometimes look forward to in a nice hotel.
i booked a twin room for me and my friend, and after we checked in, they gave us a suit with only a single double bedroom. we tried to use the sofa bed, but it was damaged. the room service staff was so rude .
NOTHING AT ALL
Some of staff member (individually) take the initiative to help, Most of them just ignores you. Meals served in room or breakfast extremely bad (taste & price). Very bad odour comes from furniture pieces (fungi). I spent a whole 1st night in a room that leak sewages. Receptionist has no shame to operate such a room with ready made excuses. Hotel isn't a good neighbor. Neighbors had revealed outrageous insults cause of an open window (Arbic & English).
The restaurant staff are polite and helpful. The gym is adequate. Central location in Rabia. The free water, tea, coffee and kettle in the room.
The noise from the street outside and from the noisy people chatting by the lift opposite my room. The unhelpful receptionist who kept promising to move me to a quieter room for 5 consecutive night but never did. The weak pressure and lukewarm temperature of the water in the shower and tap. The sub-standard bathroom where there is no where to put one's items such as the electric shave and toothbrush. The gap between the room door and the floor that lets the corridor light in. The noisy staff smoking and shouting outside the room in the early hours of the morning.
the place is good it is near to all the facilities of amman
the poor experience of the servant's
Liked the Value for money Liked the location
The cleanliness the hotel was understaffed the breakfast was poor the bed wasnt very comfortable
Breakfast was good
The towels in the room was not clean and even the new ones smelled strange
1- terrible! very dirty. 2-staff was rude and the facilities poor enough 3-No toilet paper or towel supplied. Nothing really worked.
Staff was very good, and rooms are spacious
- location is very busy area - parking space is very small, compared to number of rooms. - noisy at night due to busy street
Luxurious room was huge and staff was great.
Pool was very small and not luxurious.
The furniture, quietness, food, the wireless was fast and free. Fast check in and check out. The bed was very comfortable.
Security at the entrance . The food in the hotel was very expensive.
was not clen hotel I don't like bathroom
Free Internet and they did not charge us with our international call
The security guy at the door was impolite!
i liked the service so much and staff were very friendly and professional especially the front office manager Mr. Murad and the night manager Mr. Mohamed
i like the location, the decor, the furniture.
waste around two hours for checking in as no rooms avalable, staff poor in english, room service and the front desk staff is not reliable to serve on time as requested. poor restaurant menu and kitchen staff very slow .
The breakfast was good. Location was ok as taxis were not expensive to the centre. The room looked nice and was a good size but despite being non-smoking absolutely stank of stale smoke.
Overall we had a hostel experience at hotel prices. The swimming pool was tiny and not really big enough for swimming. As mentioned above the room stank terribly and staff were slow to respond to my requests for an air freshener. I also had to have a cold shower as there was no hot water. For the experience we could have paid a fraction of the price and stayed in a budget hotel/ hostel.
Murad was a great front office manager and worked with us to make our stay wonderful. The hotel and staff were wonderful and I would stay again!
Food is expensive there.
Front office good treatment.
No wdrinking water, bathroom has no hot water, sweag water problem & general cleannes at room. TV channels were not set correctly. In bed dinning not effecient at all.
Following a wedding there was a lot of noise (keeping us awake for 3 hours) whilst staff were rearranging the furniture
Bedroom is very stylish
Bathroom floor not clean
The wifi was down during our entire trip even though I was advised it would take a day for it to be fixed.
