On our arrival encountered two problems which are a no-go: First, the receptionist was not able to find our booking.com reserveration and then he even told us that the price on our booking.com receipt does not include any taxes (which was incorrect). It took us about 30 minutes after we could finally go to our room. It was rather complicated to get a connection to the free Wifi of the hotel and even if you've managed to get a connection it didn't work very well. Every cheaper hotel we stayed in Jordan did a much better job at this than this 4 star hotel. For dinner you have to pay about 21 JD per person or you have to eat in a restaurant. But all restaurants are a few kilometres away. All in all too expensive for what they offer (compared to other hotels in Jordan).
comfortable rooms clean parking lot substantial breakfast Towles at the beach
We spent at least 2hours driving around trying to find the hotel. The sign is very vague and even we were helped by some police officer still struggled to reach there. We were told the balcony will be dusty due to the weather, but so does the room we had, it would be nice if they offer us slippers since it's so dusty. We found a very visible dirty spot on on of the bed sheet.
The room has a litt balcony with a limited view of Dead Sea. The hotel shuttle to the Dead Sea private beach makes it convenient . The breakfast is very superb, even we woke up when they are about to close the buffet.
Music a little loud at the swimming pool area,,,, even if you are utilising your headphones
Location for Dead Sea good, staff good.
The front desk staff never smile I called 3 times for 2 hours asking for bottle of water The quality of people, too many men
the bed was comfortable the shesha at night and the music were good
Although check-in is listed as 3pm, we arrived at 7pm and our rooms were not ready even though it seemed like there was hardly anyone staying there? Took another 1 hour to get the rooms. Staff didn't seem to care and showed as it was no big deal. General feeling of staff was unpleasant and rude. Do yourself a favor and stay someplace else. Very Poor.
Breakfast was very good. Welcome drink was very nice.
What i didn't like is that the Breakfast is very poor.. there was no variety in the food and only basic items were available. No children's cereal, no nuts, no nutella, not 1 kind of fruit was available to eat (at least bananas, strawberries, kiwi, apples!), the juices were bland, the chefs making eggs were beyond slow and it wasn't delicious.
Clean Rooms, great spaces, and overall good staff service.
Time of closing swimming pool
Noisy bed, springs are too soft, waterlogging in shower area.
Facilities, staff, swimming pool, cleanliness
They should start a breakfast at 7 AM, but at 7:10 AM was nobody there and nothing prepared to breakfast, We leave a hotel without breakfast
The staff was very frendly
Beach area is a mess. Rubbish everywhere. Sun lounges look tatty.
Staff friendly. Rooms clean.
Needs to have more options for dining.
The rooms are very spacious and clean. We had a nice view of the Dead Sea.
The food is not fresh at all
The location was little difficult to find when driving on your own. Google maps gives wrong location. The free water bottle thing only on arrival day is funny. I wonder why they do that?
Facility is great and clean and ambiance is great. Staff is also good and helpful. Beach is nice and good to swim in Dead Sea even little far from hotel, but the bus ride is good.
Staff. Least helpful. Couldn't have gotten any worse. Basic facilities were also lacking at times. For example slippers and towels only for suite rooms. Everything added to a bad experience.
The food. N leaving the hotel.
There is no heated pool
Cleanness, comfort, quiet
The staff was incompetent. They would not accept a credit card for the deposit, as we were paying in cash. They took our money and "didn't have change." They told us to just spend the change in the gift shop! What? We got change upon check out, in cash. Don't expect a resort setting like the ones around you, but for a Dead Sea experience in a nice place for a good price, I recommend this place. It is not a five star resort, but you aren't paying for that either!
It was a nice place, private beach with shuttle and the breakfast was good. We were upgraded to a suite without even asking. A huge balcony with nice view. The beach staff was very nice.
Internet not working
Good spa treatments
Double charging on credit card, be very careful and double check every bill and your online credit card statement.
Cozy stay, good breakfast
The staff was not only utterly incompetent, they were extremely rude as well. Watch your money here: these people are sly. From "forgetting" to bring my change on a regular basis, to double charging, charging for things that were not even on the menu... the list goes on. My friend (who was also staying here in a separate room) had an emergency and needed to book a taxi to a town 15 minutes away. The incredibly courteous front desk staff wanted to charge her JD 50 for this short ride (an inordinate amount!), so when she called another taxi driver she had used (who did the same trip for JD 10, by the way) the man at the front desk tagged along and had the driver drop him at the bank, the grocery store... basically decided to do his own errands, on her dime! Unprofessional does not even begin to describe it. The location of this hotel is also less than desirable because it's basically at the end of a remote, half-finished road, and there is nothing else around to walk to, and no shuttle available. The beach is also unfinished and less than picturesque. There are complexes of other (nicer) hotels a few miles away, and from there you can walk to shops, restaurants, spas, the beach, etc. At this place you are basically trapped and they will charge you a ridiculous amount for any kind of transportation, so you'll end up spending more money to stay here if you want to do anything besides sit in the hotel. I realize that I was traveling in the off-season, but the cost of the hotel was still quite high, considering. Also, they had hardly any facilities open, and more than half the things on their menu were "not available" at the one restaurant onsite that was actually serving food. They claim to include breakfast, which was a total joke and the final morning I was there, they were merely offering "a la carte" options.
The facilities were decently clean.
Garbage everywhere outside the boundaries of the resort and its beach. Don't just move the dirt one meter outside its borders ... I think...
Problems with some of the staff because of not proper English. No indications well given to go with the car to Petra. Went through the coast of the Dead Sea instead of through the highway because of bad indications from the concierge. Room not ready at arrival and above all room floor really dusty. Bar service after dinner outside the pool was closed. No English maps available at the entrance. No one really knew about Hot Springs public area. We have been directed in a Hot Spring hotel that was really sad. Bad dealing between reception and taxi driver that stole us money confusing the Warwick resort with the Warwick Palace. Buffet not really nice as expected.
I liked the out part. Swimming pool and outside. The transportation to the beach. Dead Sea itself. Some good and available staff above all the guy on arrival that apologised not to have the room ready and give us the business card. (Cannot remember his name)
The best Hotel in the Dead Sea Area! Everything is perfect. They Even Gave me a suite without charging me extra.
Breakfast Not directly on beach
Allowed our pet Swimming pool
