Was a great place away from the major hotels. The hotel entertainment was great and the staff were attentive. Food was reasonable. Will definitely stay here again!
The quiet the birds the pool
the mattress the pillows
The hotel is cozy well desined. The pool is nice and quite. The Bartenders is nice service personnel. The breakfast is nice.
Hotel staff need to be trained on quest value respect. I forget to pay for the drink at the pool thought that it will be automatically registerd on the room account bell cause no body will handle money wihle swimming!!!! two guys were runing after me to the elevator asking for the drink price as if i was a theif. discusting behavior from their side. This is the only disadvantage noticed . otherwise it is nice place to be in.
Proximity to Dead Sea, nice pool, comfortable rooms.
Confusion over what was included in my reservation. Mini bar stated as included but was not. I was told they didn't do minibars, but there were advertisements for them in the elevators. Staff informed me the lobby bar was included but changed their mind on Day 2. Restaurant food was poor & service in the restaurant was also poor. Each time I went to the restaurant there was more confusion about what was included. Pool was noisy and not very relaxing. Litter on the beach was disgusting.
standard 4* hotel
beach timing is control due to close from the borders
Pool bar was really nice, as well as the pool! Very clean and even the staff don't speak much English they try their best to assist you, The check in was fast and upgrade us for free! And even the room was ready earlier than the check in time.
The beach has poor facilities only chairs and towels, no bar there and u have to take a shuttle to get there that comes every half hour. The water seams dirty and lots of rocks inside
Very nice and big rooms, very clean, comfortable bed; good coffee in the room; very nice breakfast choice and reasonable price for dinner with very good food selection
Staff a bit unfriendly; could find our booking - kept us waiting at least 30 min; even despite we had a printout with us (without this we probably will not get any room). Very loud hotel - music at the pool terribly loud; good place for people who like 'partying' but not those who just want to relax (good it ened at sunset); far away from the dead see beach - due to the border right next to it not allowed to walk and schuttle bus to the beach not driving according to the schedule. Don't know if other hotels there have the same policy, but absolutely not allowed to have your own food or drinks (not even water).
Close to the Dead Sea, Private beach
Hotel in Jordan normally charges 20% additional tax. And the taxi service is really expensive, almost the double price of the normal taxi. But there's no other choice cuz no public transportation around this area.
The intranet connection It's very bad
The staff in the reception tried to solve the problem of the room not being suitable (smelled terribly)
Not a clean hotel, too noisy, bugs in the room, flees all over the hotel, gave me a non smoking room with a terrible smell of cigars and we're trying to refuse the change of the room for what was requested.
Value for money is good. Room is clean
Food is horrible, both in restaurant and room service.
A small, clean hotel with friendly staff. it is possible to walk to the beach,a very nice beach,or take the shuttle every half an hour. rooms are comfortable
avoid the hotel when there is a beach party on friday! very very loud music, hundreds of people,no space for any other guest, information about this only if you book for two nights, everybody! should be informed about this! Otherwise the friday will be ruin. This was very pitty.
Room size was good. The breakfast spread could have been better. Though location is about 7-10 min walk from the Dead sea but they have shuttle bus starting from 8 30 am till sunset. The buffet dinner spread was good , however when we went to the restaurant at 9 pm ( closing time 10 pm) many dishes were finished and not refilled . Some Dish name tags were not there .
The bed had wheels with no locking and hence it was shifting. The bath area drain was choked. There were some biscuit crumbs fron previous occupant lying on the side.
Very Expensive Unfriendly staff They don't allow you to bring food or drinks to your room from out side the hotel Beach is like 1 km far from the hotel and covered with stones Not allowed to use the pool or set on the beach after 7 pm Unclean
A great location for the dead sea and airport. A lovely pool, though very cold. Alcohol is available. Nice rooms.
Very expensive transfers everywhere. Absolutely no hot water, water pressure in showers very poor but with location this is explainable. a can of beer is eight Euro and the waiter didn't even give a glass which is NOT 4star quality. Lifts rarely work. Although it was Eid and families are expected, it was very noisy at night and several people knocked on our door during the night. We booked alongside friends and although my booking stated a higher quality of room, it was exactly the same. Just feel 4 stars should not be awarded to such a sloppy establishment.
The room was spacious, all rooms have balcony (except the ones on the ground floor). Breakfast buffet was various, offering European and Arabic food. Staff was friendly. The pool area is very nice.
Private beach is not adjacent to the hotel, but 5 minutes walking downhill passing a road construction site. The hotel provides shuttle, but it doesn't run all the time and sometimes it doesn't show up.
helpfull staff value for money
constant loud music at the pool poor dinner buffet facilities at the beach
The hotel wasn't clean (rooms, corridors) water was everywhere on the floor. We asked many time for small towels but they didn't bring anything. They didn't clean one of our rooms even after asking to clean the room. The staff wasn't professional and experienced. The swimming pool was crowded and no staff to serve customers.
Compared to the other resorts, we felt that the price per night was extremely reasonable and a great value for your money. The resort had everything we needed
- Peaceful location - Beach is nice even though no drinks or other facilities - Room upgrade
- I was travelling by myself and when I arrived there at 6pm it wasn't possible to go to the beach anymore and when I went to the pool and ask for towel the staff told me "no more towel, no more towel". At the end they give it to me but I had to insist. Pool closed at 6.30pm - I met some local guys at the pool and they invite me to have a drink later on at the bar. I told them "maybe, I'll see after dinner". After dinner I was tired and I decide not to go. Around 11pm (I was almost sleeping) one of those guys knocked at my door literally drunk. It wasn't rude and nothing happened thanks god but I never ever gave him my room number. He probably went to the reception to ask my room number. This is simply unacceptable!!! And when I went the morning after to complain about that the staff at the reception they almost not even said sorry. - A friend of mine was supposed to come in the morning to the beach with me and he had to pay 35JOD more, like an entrance for guests (when I paid a room for two people anyway) - Taxi is 50JOD to go to the airport, seems to me a bit expensive.
The big room.
The service awful.
A clean place.
Very isolated location. They prohibit food & beverages from outside to be taken inside; this should be specified at the time of booking or at least while checking in . The quality of food is very poor and the service is shoddy.
the bus service to the dead sea wasn't really on time, sometimes I had to wait over 45 minutes for the driver to arrive the staff wasn't really professional, not all of them of course, but some of them was rude and lazy to do their job
Mini bar - late check out - deposit money for staying
Very hard to find, specially in night. If you are walking - little chance to find. Husband stuck in elevator for 5 min, nobody was hurting up to rescue him.
