Staff friendly. Rooms clean.
Beach area is a mess. Rubbish everywhere. Sun lounges look tatty.
The rooms are very spacious and clean. We had a nice view of the Dead Sea.
Needs to have more options for dining.
The food is not fresh at all
Facility is great and clean and ambiance is great. Staff is also good and helpful. Beach is nice and good to swim in Dead Sea even little far from hotel, but the bus ride is good.
The location was little difficult to find when driving on your own. Google maps gives wrong location. The free water bottle thing only on arrival day is funny. I wonder why they do that?
The food. N leaving the hotel.
Staff. Least helpful. Couldn't have gotten any worse. Basic facilities were also lacking at times. For example slippers and towels only for suite rooms. Everything added to a bad experience.
Cleanness, comfort, quiet
There is no heated pool
It was a nice place, private beach with shuttle and the breakfast was good. We were upgraded to a suite without even asking. A huge balcony with nice view. The beach staff was very nice.
The staff was incompetent. They would not accept a credit card for the deposit, as we were paying in cash. They took our money and "didn't have change." They told us to just spend the change in the gift shop! What? We got change upon check out, in cash. Don't expect a resort setting like the ones around you, but for a Dead Sea experience in a nice place for a good price, I recommend this place. It is not a five star resort, but you aren't paying for that either!
Good spa treatments
Internet not working
Cozy stay, good breakfast
Double charging on credit card, be very careful and double check every bill and your online credit card statement.
The facilities were decently clean.
The staff was not only utterly incompetent, they were extremely rude as well. Watch your money here: these people are sly. From "forgetting" to bring my change on a regular basis, to double charging, charging for things that were not even on the menu... the list goes on. My friend (who was also staying here in a separate room) had an emergency and needed to book a taxi to a town 15 minutes away. The incredibly courteous front desk staff wanted to charge her JD 50 for this short ride (an inordinate amount!), so when she called another taxi driver she had used (who did the same trip for JD 10, by the way) the man at the front desk tagged along and had the driver drop him at the bank, the grocery store... basically decided to do his own errands, on her dime! Unprofessional does not even begin to describe it. The location of this hotel is also less than desirable because it's basically at the end of a remote, half-finished road, and there is nothing else around to walk to, and no shuttle available. The beach is also unfinished and less than picturesque. There are complexes of other (nicer) hotels a few miles away, and from there you can walk to shops, restaurants, spas, the beach, etc. At this place you are basically trapped and they will charge you a ridiculous amount for any kind of transportation, so you'll end up spending more money to stay here if you want to do anything besides sit in the hotel. I realize that I was traveling in the off-season, but the cost of the hotel was still quite high, considering. Also, they had hardly any facilities open, and more than half the things on their menu were "not available" at the one restaurant onsite that was actually serving food. They claim to include breakfast, which was a total joke and the final morning I was there, they were merely offering "a la carte" options.
Garbage everywhere outside the boundaries of the resort and its beach. Don't just move the dirt one meter outside its borders ... I think...
I liked the out part. Swimming pool and outside. The transportation to the beach. Dead Sea itself. Some good and available staff above all the guy on arrival that apologised not to have the room ready and give us the business card. (Cannot remember his name)
Problems with some of the staff because of not proper English. No indications well given to go with the car to Petra. Went through the coast of the Dead Sea instead of through the highway because of bad indications from the concierge. Room not ready at arrival and above all room floor really dusty. Bar service after dinner outside the pool was closed. No English maps available at the entrance. No one really knew about Hot Springs public area. We have been directed in a Hot Spring hotel that was really sad. Bad dealing between reception and taxi driver that stole us money confusing the Warwick resort with the Warwick Palace. Buffet not really nice as expected.
The best Hotel in the Dead Sea Area! Everything is perfect. They Even Gave me a suite without charging me extra.
Allowed our pet Swimming pool
Breakfast Not directly on beach
This hotel seems very new, all clean with great modern facilities. Great pool with view, nice buffet, large rooms with terrace.
Only 1 bathroom/toilet in the suite. No specific need to wait for the bus to go to the beach as this is very close by walking distance. The spa is very nice but water was too hot.
Was a great place away from the major hotels. The hotel entertainment was great and the staff were attentive. Food was reasonable. Will definitely stay here again!
The quiet the birds the pool
the mattress the pillows
The hotel is cozy well desined. The pool is nice and quite. The Bartenders is nice service personnel. The breakfast is nice.
Hotel staff need to be trained on quest value respect. I forget to pay for the drink at the pool thought that it will be automatically registerd on the room account bell cause no body will handle money wihle swimming!!!! two guys were runing after me to the elevator asking for the drink price as if i was a theif. discusting behavior from their side. This is the only disadvantage noticed . otherwise it is nice place to be in.
Proximity to Dead Sea, nice pool, comfortable rooms.
Confusion over what was included in my reservation. Mini bar stated as included but was not. I was told they didn't do minibars, but there were advertisements for them in the elevators. Staff informed me the lobby bar was included but changed their mind on Day 2. Restaurant food was poor & service in the restaurant was also poor. Each time I went to the restaurant there was more confusion about what was included. Pool was noisy and not very relaxing. Litter on the beach was disgusting.
standard 4* hotel
beach timing is control due to close from the borders
Pool bar was really nice, as well as the pool! Very clean and even the staff don't speak much English they try their best to assist you, The check in was fast and upgrade us for free! And even the room was ready earlier than the check in time.
The beach has poor facilities only chairs and towels, no bar there and u have to take a shuttle to get there that comes every half hour. The water seams dirty and lots of rocks inside
Very nice and big rooms, very clean, comfortable bed; good coffee in the room; very nice breakfast choice and reasonable price for dinner with very good food selection
Staff a bit unfriendly; could find our booking - kept us waiting at least 30 min; even despite we had a printout with us (without this we probably will not get any room). Very loud hotel - music at the pool terribly loud; good place for people who like 'partying' but not those who just want to relax (good it ened at sunset); far away from the dead see beach - due to the border right next to it not allowed to walk and schuttle bus to the beach not driving according to the schedule. Don't know if other hotels there have the same policy, but absolutely not allowed to have your own food or drinks (not even water).
Close to the Dead Sea, Private beach
Hotel in Jordan normally charges 20% additional tax. And the taxi service is really expensive, almost the double price of the normal taxi. But there's no other choice cuz no public transportation around this area.
The intranet connection It's very bad
