Rooms are dirty, without bed sheets. For necessities like covers, bed sheets and towels you have to ask for more than five times.

Luxury rooms with little price

The warm water not exist, worked for 5 minutes then stopped

The staff are great can't ask for more,

the room it self is nice however the bathroom needed an update, the shower door need replace, can't get the right mix between hot or cold water, but after all I would stay again if i'm there.

Dirty Carpets and Toilets , towels are old and dirty,, no Tea Catel or water served

Good personnel, small hotel, beautiful design, convenient arrangement.

New & clean hotel, friendly staff especially the lady on the reception .

Location is bit far from shopping areas, you need to take Taxi to reach the nearest shopping mall or street, no restaurants around.

The room was very dirty and dusty. The bed was full of dust. Could not breath and had to leave room and sleep in car at 4am. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I would not stay again at hotel and would rate it 2 stars.

فندق سئ جداً بكل المقاييس لا يرقى ليكون فندق نجمة واحدة ، معاملة سيئة ولا يوجد خدمات على الاطلاق ، لا يوجد سليبر ، تخيلو استخدام حمام دون سليبر والمكيف لا يعمل وعند نقلي الى غرفة اخرى كانت حنفية الحمام تسرب ماء والحمام يفيض بالماء ، لماذا لم أغير الفندق لأنني كنت يرحل عمل ( امتحان) ولم اكن املك وقتا للبحث عن فندق اخر، لا انصح احد ان يكون أبراج زمزم فنقده او احد خياراته ، هنالك اسباب اخرى احتاج لصفحات لأكتب عن سوء الخدمة في هذا الفندق ولكنني اكتفيت بهذين المثالين فقط

النت ضعيف جدا في الغرف . وعدم تنوع الفطور

تعامل طاقم الفندق مع النزلاء الفندق هادئ جداً ومريح للأعصاب جميع قريبة منك

لا يوجد قنوات فضائية كثيرة عند الدخول تم إخباري ان السعر شامل الضرائب ثم بعد يومين تم إخباري ان هناك ضرائب لم تدفع

مستوي الحمام غير جيد وخاصه دش الاستحمام وعازل الصوت داخل الفندق غير جيد خاصه اذا وجد حفل زواج وفي قاعة الاحتفلات

لا أشجع بالنزول بالفندق بتاتا خدمات سيئة للغاية ولا يستحق السعر

يعتبر موقع الفندف جيدا, والشكل العام للفندق والغرف جيدة جدا,

يفتقر أغلب موظفي الفندق للإحترافية في تقديم العمل وخصوصا عمال تنظيف الغرف, حيث لا تجد أي كلمة ترحيب أو حتى إبتسامة عند المقابلة, وكذلك عمال المطعم. كما أن وجبة الفطور متكررة حيث يتم تقديم نفس الأصناف لأكثر من عشرة أيام, موظفي الإستقبال لا يعيروا الإيميلات أي إهتمام, ولم تصلني أي ردود على إيميلاتي.

1.bathroom wasnt clean first time i was in the room. 2.all double beds are actually two single beds joined together. 3.wifi is terrible everywhere. room, lobby, underground. 4.not enough power sockets in the room 5.power sockets DO come out when you pull the plug 6.air conditioning is horrible and noisy 7.way too expensive for a hotel of it's type, it should be a 3 star hotel if not 2.

- staff did not know where to find an internet cafe around the hotel. I found myself that there is one 5 min walk... - no hot water - old looking bathroom

J'ai bien cherché et je dirai juste que le portier était sympa.

La proprété de la salle de bain laisse à désirer (joint de la cabine de douche noir), l'éclairage des chambres est faible, la télévision a seulement 12 chaines dont 11 en arabe, la nourriture servie en chambre est de pauvre présentation et gout, le petit déjeuner servi en chambre n'est pas bon (en réalité il n'y a pas de différence entre les petits déjeuners continentaux et américain.s) Le choix de la carte servi en chambre est très limité (5 plats principaux). Manque de prise murale. pas d'interrupteur sur les lampes de chevets (avec des files entrecoupés et scotchés!!), le mini bar est vide... Le personnel parlant un anglais suffisant est rare. Je m'arrête là mais je déconseille fortement pour une excursion romantique!!
