Nice hotel near the Kaminarimon and the Senso-ji temple. It's a quite area. We booked the basic room so we didn't get all the facilities but it was not a problem because we had our own supplies.

The staff were very friendly. our flight arrived a 5 hours before check-in, but the held our bags for us while we looked around. We spent 6 nights there at such a cheap price. The hotel was central to Akihabra Ueno and Sensoji temple. Short walk from the train station or just around the corner from Tawaramachi Station.

Very close to a metro station so a cheaper way to see tokyo without having to stay in the centre. Clean & modern. Could hire all sorts for your room eg. Coffee machine, fancy pillows, iPad!

Very compact room but adequate, three quarter bed not a double. Not much in the local area but easy to get to the main attractions.

Motion sensor light on a five minute timer that cannot be turned off. Sliding bathroom door reveals a glass closet looking into the bathroom when closed. Dryer is very inefficient and takes hours to get clothes mostly dry.

15min walk from JR (take subway)

The hotel is very near with subway station and easy to find. Beside convenience store is also a few step from the hotel. The room quite small but very clean and tidy. The staff will replace all the towels and toiletries with a new one even u are not using it. The staff is nice and helpful.

The connection of Wifi is quite disappointed. the connection is low and hard to connect even the is no password needed. One more thing the air-cond is centralise so you can't adjust the temperature within your preference.

The hotel room was excellent, the location is more than perfect. There is a direct train to Narita in the nearby and the metro station is 50 meters (Ginza line). Room was very clean, there are a lot of small restaurants for breakfast in the neraby.

The Location is almost unbeatable due to its closeness to Tawaramachi Station (Ginza Line) you can reach all spots of Tokyo very easy. Besides the employees are very friendly and courteous, thumbs up for that!

Location, location, location. We emerged from the metro subway, and Agora Place was just across the street, with a 24-hour Family Mart convenience right next doors. The famous Kaminarimon gate, shopping arcade, and Sensoji Temple are all within easy walking distance as are gourmet (including Imai of sukiyaki fame) and reasonably priced eateries. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We checked out early the next morning but they kept our luggage for us while we walked around the Asakusa area for half a day. Will definitely return to this hotel in the future. Small room, like most Japanese hotels, but very clean and with a good amount of amenities. Vending machine on same floor. Fairly long phone call to Roppongi cost a mere 31 yen extra! WiFi available, as are PCs in the lobby. IPads are available for rent.

None, from a very satisfied customer with realistic expectations of a hotel of this price range. We had reservations in Takeshiba for the ensuing two nights but couldn't get accommodations for our first night in Tokyo. Agora more than met our need for our first-night accommodations. We will definitely recommend this place to others and consider future stays here.

It worths every penny I paid: Good price, good location, clean, friendly.

The internet, either ethernet or wifi, is not stable. It breaks from time to time. I think it a problem of narrow band width. The band width is not enough to meet the need of so many guests.

Place was very new and rooms were styled well. We were within a 20 second walk to the nearest train station (Ginza line) which took us everywhere we wanted to go. Hotel staff were very lovely, my bag was lost by the airline and staff were very helpful getting it sorted. Area was great. Would defiantly recommend this hotel to everyone :)

Rooms were very small, barely room for our two suitcases. But this is the case in all budget friendly hotels in Tokyo.

I like the reasonable pricing and the location as Hotel is near a Train station and near Ueno market. Hotel is also modern and clean and has unlimited free wifi!

The rooms for 2 people are way too small (even for two people) as there was hardly even sufficient walking space. They also do not look anything like the pictures on your website which show them as more spacious than in reality. As a family of 3 - 2 adults and 1 child, we booked a room there but we had to upgrade to a twin and a double room at almost double the cost. We told the staff that we had booked based on the pictures on your website as the room did look big enough. They understood and were kind enough to extend a lower extension rate to us to upgrade our room.

Excellent location - just 1 min walk from Tokyo Metro station. Free wifi available in all places of the hotel. New, clean, modern design. Room larger than expected (bearing in mind it is Tokyo). Very comfortable bed. Comes with fridge, safe box, kettle, desk, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. A convenience store immediately next to the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good value for money.

Certain staff members' English proficiency acceptable but have rooms for improvement. I got 2 rooms, one on 10/F and one on 4/F. The 10/F room is completely new. For the room on 4/F, the water taps are a bit old.
