Super clean room, more spacious that other hotels I have stayed in Tokyo. Bathroom is well equipped and spacious. Location is fantastic. Few minutes to JR station. Lots to do and eat around the hotel. Loved it.
our window wasn't very well sealed. can feel the wind when sleep. was really cold on my head and shoulder. wifi was slow.
The location and easy to reach the place of food, shopping, transportion.
good location, just beside the metro.
the room is too small. it doesn't value the money.
Next to Akihabara station Convenience for traveling
The location is excellent while close to jr line and one min walk from station to hotel
Location was excellent for Akihabara right next to the JR station and cheek by jowl with decent restaurants. Not so good for other parts of town but still just short train rides away.
Hotel is the usual Japanese hotel. Tiny rooms, hard beds. But honestly compared with other hotels of similar type this wasn't bad.
Cleanliness of facilities, politeness of staff, and location of hotel allow easy access to train.
For some reason, towel gets missing after housekeeping. But extra bathrobe was given.
Hotel is perfectly close to the JR & Subway trains. Area is really fun with lots of food options. The mini-refrigerator was useful, & bathroom was clean.
Old stains on sheets
Location was right beside the JR station Not very crowded area so was easy to navigate
Practically right next to Akihabara JR station very convenient.
Rooms are small if you are travelling with just your mother/father as the only provide queen size beds.
- Close to Akihabara train station
- Wi-Fi very slow
The kindness of the staff
The location in a business district full of department stores.
View to the riverside is nice. The rooms are small, but you miss nothing.
Akihabara is a busy place. No parks near bye. Electric town is annoying to me.
Hotel is great with excellent dining options nearby. Super clean - ok that's not a surprise in Japan. Recently renovated. Just next to Akihabara JR station. All this at a more than reasonable price. Will definitely come again when in Tokyo.
Clean, close to train station
next to the Akihabara train station and close to lots of restaurants and electrical shops
Staff had little English and some had trouble with the concept of service with a smile - making an international call was a huge ordeal and when I reduced my booking by a night the girl at the counter was very put out. The rooms are small and wi fi kept dropping out.
+ Location + Friendly Staff (Especialy Tsuchiya-san) + Akihabara JR Station is right in front of the Hotel + 2 Floor Denny's
+ Friendly Staff + Location (super close to Akihabara JR Station) + Cleaning Lady did always a good job + Travel Adapter (1000yen Deposit) + WiFi is included (and also LAN Port) + WiFi signal was sometimes too weak. They installed a WiFi (Router/AP) in my Room. Well done! ^^;
One of the staff at the counter was really helpful in giving us the train information (such as where to switch lines and how long the journey will take). The wifi in the hotel was what us Singaporeans would say "even better than home". Location-wise, it was good! Placed right next to a mall and it had so much to offer. I loved the whole experience!
It's almost next to JR Akiba, great location for exploring and shopping in Akiba. The room was fairly big, at least relative to other rooms on my trip.
A tiny bit pricier, but worth it.
+ Location + Staff (Especially Tsuchiya-san) + Traveladapter available (1000Yen Deposit) + 2F (Denny's Family Restaurant) + 50m from Akihabara Station (Central Gate)
-Location, location, location. It's so close to all the shops in Akiba, and so close to the station for getting anywhere else. -The food at breakfast is pretty good! -Tub is good for relaxing. You can get a bath set pack (which contains a bath salt and a small towel) for 100 yen at the front desk, or you can buy bath salts the CU across the street.
-Don't book expecting a nice view out of your window. -Breakfast, while tasty, is a bit expensive ($14) for what is offered.
in a central part of Tokyo
air conditioning did not work so well in the humid climate
