the English-speaking concierge was on hand to assist with my check-in and was there to help regarding some confusion about my transfer to the airport. Fantastic service, staff are all incredibly polite (as is the usual in Japan) and were always trying to help. I could hear people walking around in the room/floor above, and the bathroom lighting was a little dim. I would have liked a "bar fridge" (with drinks, snacks etc) but I don't think they're common in Japan.

Good size rooms and thE shuttle to airport was the key reason I put up at the hotel. Stuff spoke little English.

一番に思うことは、ホテルの方々がとてもあたたかかったことです。 中学３年の娘と２人で宿泊しました。 わからないことも親切に教えていただきました。 お部屋も清潔でゆっくりできて、 ホットアイマスクや入浴剤などゆっくり休めました♡

遅く到着しましたが、普通に対応してもらい、良い印象でした。 チェックアウトの際、３列に並んで待っていましたが、ある１列だけ時間がかかっていました。１列に並んで早- く終わったところに順番で入れるようにしたらいいと思いました。

駅に到着したのが、深夜でしたが、タクシーの手配をお願いしました。 大雪の中だったので、とても助かりました。 予約の際、名字と名前が入れ替わっており、予約がされていないと言われました。 事前に電話で確認してたので、その際に変更して頂けていればと思いました。
