The hotel was good price if food very expensive and the quality not that great. Also you had to pay 1500 yen everytime you used the pool which I have never heard of before.

The bed was really comfortable and the room spacious. Good the shuttle bus for the train station

A little bit expensive. The room was enough big but without any specific place where to put luggages, so I had to put them on the floor. At the arrival the price was different (more) with what booked through Booking.com, but at the end I paid the correct price

Great staff, rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The shuttle to the station is very convenient

Our room, and the one of our friends was noisy (not from outside, but we could hear our other neighbors walk in their room, slam doors, until late at night). WiFi connection in rooms is very bad (slow or sometimes inexistent), which is hard to believe in a hotel targeting business clients. Everything you have to pay in the hotel is excessively pricy! (Coffee, restaurants, bars, etc.)

Room was very nice and clean, and Internet connectivity was superb. An English newspaper was provided the next morning, which was great.

Shower's water pressure was too weak and breakfast should be provided as an option.

Great hotel, will stay here again!

I like 3 meals a day of the hotel specailly in the evening including wine any yummy

I need to swimming but I have to pay for fee it's better if the hotel give for free because make the custom healthy and happy should be concern.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The decor was modern and attractive. The staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel was easy to find and within walking distance of the main stations. We had good views from our bedroom windows.

駐車場からのエレベーターがないこと チェックインが遅かったせいか 加湿器もエキストラベッドも全部貸出し中で一つも残ってなかったことです。 クラブフロアーの特典が一つも使えなかったことです。

Hotel decepcionante, muy anticuado y con un aire "rancio". Bajísimo nivel de ingles del personal con el que tratamos, incluso a la hora de hacer el check-in.

大阪駅までのシャトルバスが８：３０からしかなかったので、USJへ行く場合のることができませんでした。- もっと早い時間帯の便があるとよいと思います。

Stanza ampia e confortevole

ツインのシングル使用でしたが、大阪市の中央にあるホテルなのに、広くで静かで清潔な部屋でした。

駅から歩くとわりと時間がかかるので（10分位）、散歩がてらに歩く気持が必要です。

Das Hotel lag nur 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Der Sercie wahr sehr ansprechend. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend, aber nicht aufdringlich.

Es müsste vor der Anreise bekannt sein, wo der Shuttle Bus am Bahnhof hält. Das haben wir nur durch zufall erfahren.

Ontbijt en ruimte is perfect. Zeer goede sfeer. De kamers zijn ruim voor Japanse begrippen. Mooie lobby.

Hotels zijn duur in Japan. Ook deze helaas. Verder erg weinig internationale TV-zenders.
