Although it was not real close to train station, it had a shuttle service. It was not close to shops.

We would like to thank Mr Sato, manager, who greeted us warmly and assisted us in every way. He was a great help with directions to the Osaka Station complex, He assisted us with the arrangements for our luggage to be transported to Kyoto ahead of time( before our arrival at the Hotel Monterey). He spoke English which we appreciated very much. The entire stay at your hotel was wonderful.

Everything was carried out in a helpful and efficient manner by the staff, including the booking of the free shuttle to the main train station - an added bonus !

スーペリアツインでベットもゆったりしていてホテル内もとてもきれいでした。 特に苦情はございませんが朝食なしの予約でしたので、宿泊者は朝食が割引になるとかの特典があると良かった- です。

Na aardbeving zijn wij vanuit Tokyo uitgeweken naar dit hotel. Gedurende ons verblijf moest mijn vrouw onverwacht naar het ziekenhuis en het personeel van het hotel heeft ons werkelijk fantastisch begeleid.
