Very pleasant modern hotel kindness of the staff location in the "middle" of Tokyo, close to the subway wonderful buffet breakfast (american and japanese) with all you want (eggstation)

Hotel staff were very efficient, breakfast great. Location good - close to station but still had to travel to cbd. Rooms quite small but very comfortable.

As an Intercontinenatal Ambassador member I was disappointed that if I wished to use Intercontinental Club Lounge area I would have had to pay an additional 10,000 Yen per day.

Room type was different to the booking. Staffs at front counter is not good enough to understand English.

Beautiful hotel, very accomodating and helpful staff. food and drinks were very good.

Excelent location. Professional and efficient service. Restaurants within walking distance and Starbucks at next building's ground floor. 10 minutes walk from Roppongi Crossing.

Stayed there two times. First room on floor 30 was excelent. Modern, spacious, very clean. On second stay room on 20th floor was old, small and with an odd shape. Bathroom had black mold on tiles. Unfortunately you cannot predict the quality of the room you will have.

Over priced food and beverage in comparison to most, wine even more expensive a glass than the Ritz! Lobby was bit like a train station but other than that very good property.

good location with metro station just 1 mins walk, clean room, bed is soft and air conditioner is quiet.

Great location, nice room, very nice lobby, good conceige services, reasonable pricing for type of hotel and location.

Over priced breakfast buffet, charge for internet service( I stay at over 100 hotel nights a year- never paid for internet service), could not print out airline boarding passes for free.

Brand, tranquil surrounding.

Lift - too slow, have to wait for a long time though there are four altogether; breakfast choice limited as compared with others of the same brand.

Choose this Hotel for the Brand name Intercontinental and location.

Buffet was quite busy, get refused once as it was fully booked, with waiting list of more than an hour.

Excellent, friendly service. Delighted to be able to check in very early - 9am - on the day of arrival.

Fantastic rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast and excellent location near the metro as well as Rappongi Hills where there is a large selection of restaurants. The staff was very good and professional, but I would like to specially point out the french Manager of Guest relations Jerome. He is a real star, helpful, very professional and very knowledgable. He helped us with really good advice which made our short stay very enjoyable. He also got involved with some work related issues of ours and solved them with great enthusiasm with a result of great success for us. Thank you. Any hotel or company should be lucky to have such an employee.

The whole city is quite expensive on the verge of being over prized. But that should not be a surprise for any one traveling to Tokyo. Which apart from this minor issue is a great place to visit.
