Good location and nice freindly staff. Poor breakfast quality for an International hotel. When we wer there there was no fresh bread, stale cheese, and eggs were "heated" and not fresh - This is pretty standard in even mid range hotels. Room size was good, but bathroom size was small in relative terms.

It's the first bus stop from airport, and also last stop before heading back to airport, this I like... The lobby is very spacious and open. Hotel offers many choice of restaurants, bar and lounges. I got free internet by asking nicely, this I liked. For a hotel this big, it was disappointing to not find a better fitness area. They filled a small meeting room with some machines and calls it fitness room.

This hotel was in a great location. The staff was very accomodating. The dinining options inside the hotel were insanely expensive. Come prepared if you want to eat at the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and the service was absolutely wonderful. I enjoyed the Club lounge. It is worth the upgrade. The man that checked me in quoted me one price for the club lounge upgrade and then I got a note under my door that he misquoted me and it was actually half the price. And that they applied that to my bill. Very nice as I already agreed to double the price. the room was slightly outdated and small. But in all honesty it wasn't that bad. Very quickly it becomes home away from home.The food is so expensive there too. Even a simple pizza and diet coke (cheapest thing in their cafe style restaurant was more then 40$.)

Great location and access to the best shopping Tokyo has to offer. We stayed in 7th floor, where the rooms were small and furnishings looked worn and old. The bathrooms: we have not seen bathrooms with shower curtains for a hotel at this price point. There were broken tiles, too. The carpets in the lobby were frayed on the edges, they badly need new ones!

Un hotel perfetto per confort , posizione, servizi. Un 35simo piano con business lounge molto bella, meeting rooms luminose ed attrezzate , buona e attrezzata palestra e Spa, negozi e ristoranti. Eccellente.

朝食時のレストランの雰囲気が騒がしい。大衆酒場ではないのだから、静かにして欲しい。また、食事中に勝手- に食べているものを下げるなど、基本的なことがなっていません。食物を大切にして欲しいと思います。

去年、２度食事で訪れたのですが、スタッフがどのかたも笑顔、接客がすばらしく、大変居心地がよく楽しくく- つろぎました。それまでパークハイアット始め、フォーシーズンズ、グランドハイアットリッツなど異空間の空- 気を楽しんで来ましたが、２度のお食事の時のその味、接客、雰囲気のよさに惹かれ、今回のお正月はANAイ- ンターコンチネンタルにしてみましたが、大正解でした！多少お部屋はコンパクトですが、すべてに不足なく充- 実。お部屋から見る東京タワーに驚き、クラブラウンジからはすぐそこに皇居そしてはるか向うに筑波山まで見- え、六本木方面、新宿方面まで見渡せるロケーションは最高でした。つねに美味しいillyのコーヒーがいた- だけるし、ジュースやクッキーをいただきながら家族２組でホントにゆったりと、のんびりくつろいだお正月に- なりました。なにより、スタッフの皆様の接客はは最高です！お正月は毎年ここで過ごしたいと思いました。素- 敵な１年のスタートになりました！ありがとうございました。 バスタブが、ザラついていたのが気になりました。 お風呂に入るときは、手でさわってチェックする癖があるのですが、前の方の汚れが少し残っていたので、自分- でザラつきがなくなるまでこすり洗いしてから、安心して入浴しました。 気になったのはこの１点のみです。

ベッドの寝心地がとてもよかったです。ＴＶも他のホテルにはないチャンネルがたくさんあって、ずっと部屋で- ＴＶを見ていたいくらいでした。 バスルームに体重計があったのですが、電池が入っておらず計れませんでした。

silence absolu dans la chambre, vue exepctionnelle depuis le 35ème étage pour le petit déjeuner, professionnalisme du personnel bien penser à regarder si petit déjeuner et connexion internet sont bien incluses dans le prix de votre réservation
