洲际酒店本身就是品质的保证，机场大巴可以直达酒店，（但大巴似乎不能从酒店直接到机场），大堂上网不收费- ，其他要单独收费，地段非常好，离地铁六本木一丁目很近，（3号出口）走路三分钟

Great location - right next door to a subway station. Rooms are quiet and beds are really comfortable. Staff are extremely helpful and speak good English. The concierge even procured a book for my friend from the photography museum and arranged for it to be forwarded to our next hotel in Kyoto.

The breakfast is really expensive and so are the many restaurants in the hotel. I don't mind forking out for great food but I think the prices are designed for tourists! Go to one of the many great eateries in Ginza or Roppongi. You will get good quality food for a reasonable price and an authentic Japanese experience taboot! We also found it a little odd that we didn't get free WiFi. All other western style hotels we stayed in Japan had free WiFi.

-I did not expect they charge my credit card immediately as the web site said it's for deposit purpose. I only agree to be charge if I did not show up as there's a huge handling fee from the bank which I am very upset.

Good location and nice freindly staff.

Poor breakfast quality for an International hotel. When we wer there there was no fresh bread, stale cheese, and eggs were "heated" and not fresh - This is pretty standard in even mid range hotels. Room size was good, but bathroom size was small in relative terms.

This hotel was in a great location. The staff was very accomodating.

The dinining options inside the hotel were insanely expensive. Come prepared if you want to eat at the hotel.

Отличный отель. Будем еще здесь останавливаться. Метро рядом, удобная ветка. Сервис - 5 баллов. Уютные номера. Из/в аэропорт ходит прямой автобус. Очень удобно.

Mooie kamers, goede ligging vlak bij uitgang 13 van de metro.

Inchecken ging niet vlot en pas na volhouden kregen we de kamer met 2- persoonsbed ipv 2x1 persoons. Eten in restaurants is goed maar duur en ontbijt is extreem duur. Gelukkig iets verderop prima ontbijtrestaurant en restaurants om te dineren zijn er volop in de buurt.Verder prima hotel, goede service

朝食時のレストランの雰囲気が騒がしい。大衆酒場ではないのだから、静かにして欲しい。また、食事中に勝手- に食べているものを下げるなど、基本的なことがなっていません。食物を大切にして欲しいと思います。
