Check in staff is too slow

Close to two railway tracks and nice a quite. Beautifully decorated. Great views. Bus to the airport.

The pool is not free. There is no indoor pool. Have a bath instead, The bath tubs are nice.

The hotel was impressive. Staff are very friendly with good English. The room was very comfortable. The fact that the limousine bus to narita international stops at the hotel was an added bonus to us.

I loved the service. Except there was no bell service when we arrived to help us with our luggage or show us to our room, where we could not open the door and had to phone for assistance. That aside the service was excellent.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit guter Anbindung zur U-Bahn. Sauber und wie zu erwarten, ausserordentlich freundliches Personal.

Godt rom, frokost bra, godt brød til å være i Japan.

Hvsi ansatte kan venne seg til å få bedre oversikt, og være litt raskere blir dette et bedre hotel.

Sehr nettes und äußerst bemühtes Personal. Alles sehr sauber und gepfegt. Ein Hotel mit Stil. Ideale Lage zum Ausgehen, Shoppen und Sighseeing in Tokio.

Sehr überteuert, so wie die Hotelrestaurants. Hotel ist sehr riesig, wodurch kein gemütlicher Charakter aufkommt.

De ligging is perfect, het hotel is prachtig, de service is zeer goed, er is een zwembad (buiten) hetgeen prettig is in de zomer nadat je een hele dag door Tokyo hebt gesjouwd, kun je even ontspannen.

Ik vond de consumpties in het hotel erg duur; een kopje capuccino (overigens perfect gemaakt) kost ongeveer € 9,-- en ook als hotelgast betaal je per persoon naast de drankjes 700 yen servicekosten.
