Location for transportation Quiet location Excellent wifi Staff Cleanliness
Small room bed against wall
The staffs were very helpful and the onzen is good.
Its location is quite off from every things. If you are going to Tokyo for vacation this is not the place but if you go for business it is very ok.
clean room nice staff
small room but ok for budget
Great location, quieter area of Tokyo with lots to do. After seeing the very small room I have reserved, I asked for a room upgrade and I got a very nice one with a river view. Bathrooms are small but I used the great top floor onsen.
The restaurant is very dark and not very appealing.
very good wifi connection. small room but with all the facility
far away from the Tokyo metro; the bathtub had hair inside.
I spent 3 nice nights there. The staff is very nice and the Hostel very warmly !
Good location. The onsen on the last floor.
The room was very, very small. The staff is friendly but speaks almost no English. The wi-fi drops without warning. The matress was way too soft. Only has one coin operated washing machine and dryer.
Modern and comfortable, guests can use supa bath. Good district and nice walk along the river.
Good location, delicious breakfast and comfortable equipment.
Location to metro stations, restaurants, river walk, and to sites such as the Skytree, temples, and Ueno Park. The food at the restaurant was also good.
I usually like a bigger room, but for Tokyo it was good.
Very convenient and worth the money spent. Love the 7-11 convenient store opposite, very good for morning breakfast or late night supper.
Wi-Fi should make available for all floors and not just lobby.
The hotel was extremely clean. The staff had all been very friendly and helpful. Evening food was good, and we were in walking distance of the Asakusa temple and loads of train stations!
The room we had was very small, only a little space inside and the window from the 3rd floor was not the best view. But don't let this put you off!!!!
Very helpful staff and very close to subway station.
location is excellent, close to the subway station, direct line to Narita and Haneda Airport. Near by a fews main tourist traps by walk distance. Rooms is bits small for 2 adults. No more walk way after you open your luggage. The room is clean and everything seems to be there, a very good shampoo, conditioner and bath gel is provided.
No provide a good map for tourism. The map that they given actually is not much help. I was suggest that bring your own map or download from internet.
Close to metro for travel around the city. Convenient for train to Narita. Nice clean hotel with restaurants and tourist sites nearby. Small but comfortable
Couldn't check in until 15.00 even though it was 14.45. Told to wait!! Not a great location for evening entertainment and long way to go to areas such as Shibuya and Shinjuku (plus subway stops relatively early 23.45 isn)
Location was good for transport and walking to restaurants etc. Close to Skytree Tower and the river.
Bed was sagging on one side so uncomfortable for two people. Shower tap turning off by itself if not on very hard which then flooded the bathroom. View out window was of another bathroom and brick wall. Only two lifts with 11 floors of apartments meant waiting a long time on occasion.
Nice staff, english spoken, everything is clean and next to 2 metro station e many restaurants and 7 eleven.
The room and the bed are really small.
Close to many metro stations, easy to get around in the city from here. Breakfast is great value, Japanese buffet. Rooms are quiet and clean.
Tiny rooms without any view (windows face at the building right next to it).
Everything is so perfect! I will consider to come here again in the future! Wonderful staff, excellent location, love the public bath on 12th floor!!
Room is small, but I can live with that.
small room small bed
lack of space in the room
the spa is good, especially after a long day walk. very relaxing and have good sleep after a spa.
East access to asakusa ginza line or kuramae station just 5 minutes walk.
Staff speaks English not quite good.
Price Confortable bed
Small room for two, couldn't open the suitcases
