二人で８０００円、朝食をつけても１０１００円と安いこと。 また、部屋の設備、広さも中高年の二人には十分だった。 駐車場が広く、狭くて高さ制限があったりする立体駐車場でない点も良かった。 朝食バイキングも品数豊富で、ご飯の炊き方もちょうどよく美味しかった。 クローゼットの壁紙に縦に大きな亀裂が走っていたこと、洗面所の鏡の左下隅に二辺が１０ｃｍくらいのメッキ- のはがれがあったことなど施設の古さ（維持管理の手抜き）が感じられた。 アルコールやジュース類、カップ麺の自販機が特定の階にしかなく、私のビール、妻の紅茶、つまみの購入にそ- れぞれ別の階に行かなければならなかった。
