good services, reasonable price
Staff they were very helpful and friendly and hotel was clean and tidy. ..
great location, clean, helpful staff, perfect price
room is a bit small i do not really care for it but if you like your space it might be deal breaker.
Cleaning crew came in everyday around the same time to reset the room to pristine condition and supplied free water each day. Came with the option to buy breakfast with the room everyday or separately and had a lunch buffet everyday. Staff is very helpful when I had any problems and helped as much as they could. The hotel is in a good location too. It is pretty close to the Hibiya line and only one stop away from Akihabara. Its nice and quiet in the hotel so its easy to relax
This hotel is labeled as English speaking but no one was able to speak fluently only partial English to none. I like the option of having stairs in addition to the elevator especially if my room was on one of the lower levels.I was also wondering why breakfast is 300 yen more expensive than the lunch buffet. The room was tinier than I had expected and didn't even have a closet or cabinet. There is only one washer and drier so if your clothes aren't in there you are out of luck and have to wait not to mention neither can hold a large amount of clothes so be prepared to pay.
In-between several stations so very convenient to get almost anywhere. Very comfortable bed. Very good wifi.
Would not send on luggage (Takuhaibin), or hold my luggage longer than a day, like almost every other hotel. Not a big thing but threw a big wrench in my plans. All power points go out when take card out of holder (lots of places do this now). Only one elevator. Don't provide a sheet for the bed, only a doona, so unless the aircon is perfect you cook or freeze.
Friendly staff, quiet, close to JR train station, close to amenities, microwave and clothes washing facilities available
Shower design means it is easy to flood the bathroom, bit out of the way in terms of tourist sights
Maybe I'm an idiot, but there wasn't a single time that I came back to the hotel that I was able to find it easily.
Location of this hotel is very excellent, because many access to going around place in Tokyo. It's good for traveling hotel.
small area in the front office
Perfect location, on the same line with roppongi (11 stops), ginza 7 stops.. Not far from sensuji temple and asakusa. Perfectly clean, good staff with decent english, modern rooms (even if small, but this is japan). Nothing to complain about! The train station higashi nihimbashi to go to the airport is really 5 mins walk from the hotel.
conveniently located near Kodenmacho subway. Quiet.
Not much happening around the hotel area.
such a strategic location, nearby metro station. i do recommend you to choose this hotel to those who are looking for time efficiency.
Very good rooms, attended costumer preferences such as Bed hardness/softness preferences
The staff dosen't speak English.
Good location within walking distance from subway station Very reasonable price Responsive and helpful staff Nice, friendly bar across the road
Rooms are quite cramped but very comfortable Restaurant seems to only open for breakfast
The soft western-style bed afforded some of the best rest we've had while travelling Asia. No noise and minimal disturbances, very private. There was no minibar, which we considered a plus. 15-20 minute walk from Akihabara Station and its eponymous neighborhood.
Do not expect a view. The size of the room didn't bother us, especially considering we were in Tokyo. That said, an older couple, families, or travelers with more luggage may be frustrated with the compact quarters.
Good standard, right next to subway station. Quiet.
Small rooms (as in most japanese hotels), no shelf.
Good wide bed, clean place, close to JR station Bakurochô, very quiet neighborhood, fast check-in.
Hard to find at first, no onsen, no breakfast included, noisy when other guests speak in the hallway
-Bad English speaking and customer service.
Near to the Metro subway station and JR station ,you can just walk only 5 min ,staff very nice ,room very clean, the cleaner always clean the room and always change the the staff in the room like clothe, soap and toothbrush.
The room quite small but the price reasonable.(For me already satisfy)
really very nice! over my expectation so much!
Clean and modern hotel, working wi-fi, close to two metro stations and 24h shops. The area is nice and looked safe. You can walk to main train station in 15-20 minutes. Staff's English was very limited but communicative. Contrary to some other comments I had no problem paying with a Visa card.
hotel rooms in Japan are small but this one was really TINY (and it was a double room!), difficult to move around and open luggage. You also have to pay for your stay at check-in, this should be clearly stated at the reservation page.
Modern and clean hotel.
Room very small.
Overall is good...
Only the location its like the hotel is hiding in between all the other buildings...
