location was good, easy to find.
was unable to check in early, even though had been up all night flying, delayed flights etc. not very understanding staff. bed was a little wonky.
Location Value Recieved treatment AACC Quiet neighbourhood but with a lot of facilities
I don't like smell of room
I don't like smell of room especially in Toilet
Bed and pillow very comfort.
House keeping was noisy and put all stuffs along the hallway. Bathtub not clean after make up room.
- infrastructure - staff - atmosphere - close to underground-station
- wi-fi (reception was always interrupted or slow)
Great Wi-Fi and clean room. Bed was super comfy with the exception of the pillows. Close to subway which was a plus.
Smell in hallways and common areas. Staff also doesn't speak English so we had difficulty communicating our needs with them.
Big bed. Clean, safe and quite. Near convinience stores, metro and Starbuck. New facilities.
Room space is quite limited.
Good hotel, really close to a metro station (same street 300 meters). Clean, nice staff.
Need to book in advance if you want a good price. Otherwise it is a bit expensive. Small rooms, but that is the common thing in Japan.
Good transport links - JR and subway stations within walking distance; quiet
The brick wall view from the room, the breakfast buffet which didn't include cereal and the bed which was very uncomfortable.
- helpful staff - new, clean hotel
- as most rooms in Japan, very small.
Cold AC bidet near tokyo metro big mirror (for women)
a little too expensive the entrance was quite confusing (unwelcoming)
Staff are very cooperative, Helpful. Sngle window approach.
Room is like a mouse hole. I have never seen such a small room anywhere in my life. Cannot even stretch your arms. Staff is very good but no English and for International travelers this hotel is not suitable. It is ok for llocal people. No room service. I had three luggage. While check out, I struggled to bring all the luggage. No bell boy any other help can be expected.
Though the rooms are comparatively smaller than what the rest of the world offers , it beats it by a mile in all other aspects . Very very clean . Everything works and I highly recommend this hotel . Internet is super fast . Staff really helpful . Got coin laundry and a trouser press but a iron box would have been good .
Nothing at all
Very near the subway which has 2 lines. The room is small but very functional. Staff speaks good English
This Chuo neighborhood is not touristy at all and not overly posh. A very comfortable atmosphere with restaurants and shops that are good if you like adventure (i.e. no one speaking much English but being extremely friendly and willing to try to serve you Japanese cuisine). The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, and one spoke pretty good English while the rest did not, but were so friendly and willing to help that it did not matter. The yukata robes were clean and comfortable and tea and coffee were provided in the room. We kept up the do not disturb magnet and they simply left a large bag of clean towels, robes and toiletries outside our door for us.
As others point out: the room is pretty small. But for the price it is actually not. If you are a large person or need to have boat load of luggage, then maybe not the place for you. However, we slept very comfortably in the bed which was plush, soft and came with these amazing rice filled pillows that formed to my neck and head perfectly. So, yeah... small. But completely practical, even with a small desk for working. If you are an efficient traveller it will be fine.
This hotel is clean and cosy. It is quiet. Walking distance to several subway stations.
The mattress was fluffy and nice at first, but later you realize it's really too, too soft!! If two people in a bed, you will both be rolling to the center. My suggestion is to get twin beds if you choose this hotel.
Good Room, close to the station, good cost benefit
The Bed is TOO soft, even with you ask for a harder bed, it does not come even close to a normal bed
Great location and easy to find, just like the directions said. Friendly even though I was traveling with a very large group of people!
Very thing was fine, only the bed was to soft.
Ningyocho is a very nice area and the hotel Ningyocho Eki-Kita is just 2 minutes from Ningyocho metro station which is on the Hibya and Asakusa Lines. The hotel is very compact and the staff are extremely helpful. Even though it says they only speak Japanese there was at least one staff member with very good English when I stayed there. Ningyocho is also a good area to reach from Narita - get to Ueno on one of the trains and then it is only four stops on the Hibya line. This is a value business hotel and as such it is a fine choice. You can get to anywhere in Tokyo very easily from here and mainline JR stations can then take you on longer journeys. There are a number of convenience stores close to the hotel and Ningyocho is full of restaurants and Izakaya.
There was nothing I disliked. However, one warning, if you book a single room pack very light as there not much room to store anything.
the space of the room is a little small but everything is okay.:)
Rooms are small but to be expected.
Very near to tokyo metro, just a minutes walk.
Bad breakfast Timings, bad choice of food.
