Score from 239 reviews Excellent
Great location, friendly staff, free onsen on 2/F, free wifi in room, variety choices of breakfast, good security for pressing the lift only with room key card
May get noisy when there are trains passing by
Very good location, next to Kanazawa JR station
Room small than expected but is ok for small luggage
Location and facility is good
Room a bit small
Everything was ok. We stayed at this hotel for one night only.
- great location, near Kanazawa Station - very clean - helpful staff
- really small room - coin laundry machines are positioned inside the public baths for men/women - difficult to use adapters with the sockets as they are few, close together, and close to the corner of the table so difficult to position adapter
Good location and comfortable
I'm book standard room but it's very small, bed is very small to.
Room size too small, 28inch baggage is a problem. Only little movement inside even I m thin with 47kg.
Location is great!
Japanese hotel check in policy is very inflexible at 3pm. I know this is adpated from ryokan culture but in the modern hotel, they should change to check in at 12pm and check out at 12pm.
The location is excellent. Everything works well, good big TV, the bath ( although everything is extremely small).
noise of the trains are inevitable at this location but annoying to hear the announcements and music from the station all day. I expected the room to be small but this was extreme, there is no place to open a suitcase nor even kept closed, one cannot walk into the room normally.
Bed comfortability, staffs friendliness, super close to the station
Quite noisy as we were given a room with window facing the train station (noise of the train passing by can be annoying)
Good position, very convenient for taking tours and close to food shops . Good for the price
Rooms are not tiny, are simply impossible to live in. They sell as a double room a place with a very small double bed where just one can fit in unless you are really really skinny. At the reception staff bearly speak english. Not really worth it
The location is great - literally next to the Kanazawa JR station and it's close to the airport bus station.
The room was really small (even using the usual Japanese standard of a semi-double room!). The TV was disproportionately large - would be better if they had a smaller TV to free up more spaces!
Right by the back entrance to the station. A very good size room. Excellent breakfast
El spa y su ubicación al lado de la estacion de trenes Its spa and its location near the train station
Some rooms are very tiny but staff try to move you to another bigger if they have any available with no extea charge Algunas habitaciones son muy pequeñas aunque el personal te intenta cambiar a otra si les es posible sin cargo adicional
Location next to the station is excellent. There's a small sushi bar when you walk out of the hotel across the street underneath the station. The sushi is the best we had tasted so far.
The size of the room. The bed is only 120cm, too small for two adults. Therefore we booked two rooms.
- you cannot enter the pools having a tattoo (normal) - they are going to wake you up after 10 o clock, if they were not able to change the sheets and so on, because you locked the door and are sound asleep and came to this place to relax - that was absolutely annoying and they continued to do that - there were nationalist pamphlets distributed to every room, they were partially very discriminatory against foreigners
Location of hotel and size of room both excellent
Staff didn't know where the cycle hire place was. It was directly across the road. Air conditioning in room stuck on hot so the the temperature was far too high.
Next to train station.
No convenient store nearby.
Nice room, close to the station.
The single rooms are furnished with a desk and desk chair, but there is really no space for that. Especially when you put the suitcase on the stand, you have to squeeze through everytime you visit the toilet. East side lower floors have music coming from the outside from the spa on the second floor (but not bad, kind of relaxing).
The hotel is only minutes walk away from the Kanazawa JR station and has restaurants around.
The room is very small and facilities are limited.
Great location, clean room.
Because it was Golden Week, it was very expensive for a small room and no breakfast.
The hotel was just only right beside the main station. Add on for this hotel was a onsen and was free when you stay in.
The room and bed was small.
The location right next to the train station, restaurants, shops
The rooms were a bit too small, especially the semi-double
