Clean, good value for money, friendly staff. Breakfast was okay (but not free, 800 yens).
6-7 minutes walk from the closest metro station. Staff have very basic English.
Staff was very helpful to my requests regarding room bookings. The rooms and clean and tidy with good Wifi Good choice of late night snacks at nearby Ningyocho which is about 10mins away
Could be helpful to have more signposting outside of Hamacho station, however it is easy to find if you have GPS or map at hand.
it was dirty; expensive; out of the way. No English speaking personnel.
Friendly great service...
Room was a bit small for two, no closet. some of the breakfast dishes were dried and over-cooked. raw eggs were labeled boiled eggs.
I was very comfortable in the room and was really happy i stayed there. The wifi was good and never fell out. The hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Location was quiet and lots of good restaurants nearby. Very close to Tokyo City Air Terminal which was fantastic. Nothing flashy but a great stay. I would recommend if you're a solo traveler or you want something low-key and easy going.
The staff didn't speak any english but it wasn't really a big problem. The location is a bit away from the city action so you will have to walk a bit to get to a subway station. Just a 10 minute walk to the subway. You can hear what's going on next door, the walls are fairly thin.
Location to train stations
Clean room calm atmosphere
expensive small room location is far from main sightseeing areas staff don't speak good English some facilities were not available; Ironing !
Room minuscule . Location in the middle of no where . Staff although helpful could Not speak English and as a result communication terrible. No room service facilities . Despite mainly used by businessmen , there is not one single iron or iron board in hotel . Breakfast terrible . Would close one eye if the hotel was cheap but simple wasn't at around £120/night .
Good Price, 10 minute walk to TCAT for taking the Airport Limousine Bus (¥820 Haneda, ¥3000 Narita)
Location is okay, however the closest station Hamacho is not always easy to connect to other lines. Other lines' stations are a bit far to walk to. Bed is a bit small for two, but still ok.
Very small room Overpriced
You get a clean room, friendly and helpful staff, nice bath and western toilet in-room. The bed is comfortable, pillows are good, air conditioning in the room, several power outlets. Very close (<5 minute brisk walk) to the Toei Metro Shinjuku line, Hamacho station. Hamacho station itself is at a nice park (Hamacho park) with some very nice Sakura, and good places to walk and sit. Food is close by and staff can provide a map in English or Japanese showing restaurants, subway stations, convenience stores, etc.
The room is small, but that should be expected in Japan for a reasonable price. There is not really any room to lay out a large suitcase except on the bed. Ice is only on the second floor and you can only get a small cup at a time, but again, you're in Japan - the fact there is an ice maker at all was surprising.
Nice & clean small room.just outside of the busy Tokyo area, but the hotel is close to the Subway metro station
Everything was fine
Price Comfortable Room Easy Check-in and Check Out
This hotel is most reasonable hotel I ever had. Cost performance is surprised as a room is really comfortable and has nice window view. Location is also nice to go shopping and go to eat. I will stay again.
friendly staff，comfortable room
Impressive view on the river and skytree tower from the room Price was very good
Clean, efficient. Availability of ice machine, microwave and washing machine.
the corridors were way too hot. Little bit far from public transport, but very do-able.
I arrive the hotel around noon, was able to leave my luggage there early although I was not able to check in early without additional charge.
The hotel has some distance from all metro stations, the closest station is not part of tokyo metro 2 day all-you-can-ride pass system.
The view of my room :)
All was perfect in hotel.
the hotel is new and cozy
a bit far from train station.
Very flexible about the check-in time and kept our luggage after we checked out for nearly 10 hrs at no charge.
Walls felt a little thin as we could hear a baby crying in the next room in the morning. Also, the shower curtain didn't contain any of the water and the bathroom floor got soaked. If you are careful though, it's ok.
Nice clean room.
no free access to computer
Two subway stations very close, very helpfull stuff, very quiet neighborhood.
