Conveniently located in Osaka's business district, APA Hotel Osaka Higobashi Ekimae is connected to Higobashi Station by an underground pathway. The hotel was very good, very clean, everyone were nice... The room price and the room not matched at all, pay 7,000Yen for small room is not value.

View. Peacefulness. Hotel does not even have a ear thermometer. With bird flu as a global epidemic it is a must. I was instead given one that I had to stuck in my armpit, not what I expect in modern and efficient Japan !

The room was modern and comfortable. The location isn't bad. It is only 1 subway stop from Umeda and about 3 stops from Namba. The staff were helpful. Overall, a pleasant stay. The room was small even for Japanese standards. I'm sure I could reach all walls of the room from the bed. There is a small underground arcade with a few restaurants about a block down but other than that the area has mostly office buildings.

The onsen on the 2nd floor which gives so much relief after a day's long walk around the city. Also, the breakfast buffet on the 2nd floor resto that serves good food choices. The very tiny space of the room that can feel very cramped for two people to move about.

Loved the onsen, room size was good for one person and everything was spotless! I didn't like that the subway entrance to the hotel didnt have a lift! That was very inconvenient.

My room was minimalist and i was not able to move in the room with my 2 lugages. Too expensive for the confort but for 1 night it could be ok

Location is excellent. In the center of Osaka business district. Just above a subway station. I tried to use their laundry service to find the shop related to the hotel is closed on Saturday and was unable to get my suit ready for a party, which is unthinkable as a proper city hotel. Also, the 4 lifts are not enough to carry the guests smoothly up and down. To go down from 20th floor to the first, how many times the lift stopped was not a pleasant experience if not unbearable.
