I was blown away by the attention to detail considering the price per night. The beds are insanely comfortable and the location is awesome. I would definitely stay there again.
The wifi signal was poor. Tiny rooms, but that's to be expected.
You don't have to worry about last trains with the location of this hotel, lots of restaurants and entertainment areas within a short walk of the hotel.
Because of the location, the hotel is a little more expensive then what we usually stay in. That being said, the reception staff were quite cold, rude and unwelcoming compared to what we have experienced in cheaper hotels. This is quite rare for Japan's customer service standards!
Good location - convenient to Shibuya Station and near lots of places to eat/drink but not right in the middle so it was still quiet at night for sleeping.
Some more shelves or hangers in the room would have been helpful for stowing bags/jackets.
Comfortable and conveniently located to the center attractions in Shibuya and shibuya station.
For two people the room was very very small; 3 nights for about $800. You're definitely paying for the location.
Small rooms but well designed and comfortable if you don't have a lot of luggage. Location is perfect and close to the metro. Breakfast was good and people friendly! I would return if I had to visit downtown Tokyo again!
The hotel was very clean and well managed.
The long walk from the train station.
Nice and comfortable
A bit pricy
Small but comfort room with the helpful staffs those can speak English :) Easy to find restaurants. Just five minutes from the shibuya cross. And also tons of minimarts nearby.
Check in time is quiet too late, 3pm. While the check out time is 11am.
Very friendly staff at the front desk
Having paid +$200 for a room it was really not worth the very few square metres. It felt shabby. I would not recommend buying breakfast, which was not only plain and limited, the surroundings were so uncharming and the TV volume going on max. I would not wish to visit this hotel again
Room and facilities. Staff.
No cable tv with channels other than Japanese. Breakfast should have optional dishes even if they are a la carte.
great position, not so far from Shibuya metro station; near a small shopping center where there is the best sushi restaurant of Shibuya. good wifi connection. room a bit small.
convenience of location and friendly, helpful staff
very good location nice staff at reception clean
room was really very small
Located central to the station, shops and eateries. Great staff, very friendly. Clean premises. Functional room.
Very small room, but that is the nature of Japan. Felt very enclosed unless the blind was up, then looking at a plain building wall. But, I did pay for the lowest grade room, so thats reasonable. I didn't like breakfast as very Japanese, but they cheerfully refunded my next 2 days vouchers and the one I had 'used' as well. No hairdryer and voltage doesn't allow use of western versions, so mine was useless.
Small space with clever arrangement fast WIFI
Basin is too low and too small Air condition is not clear enough.
Very convenient place to stay
Location is very convenient Wifi was good so i could work ok.
No cable TV My room was done once in 5 days.
Value for money. Modern and stylish. Recently renovated. Good position. Personnel very kind.
The room was a bit too small, even considering the Japanese standards. The bed was too soft.
Liked the room, especially the lovely deep bath, the cleanliness and decor.
Just the walk to the hotel from the train station (Shibuya). Although only a few minutes in the scorching heat (90's) it was uncomfortable midday. Not the hotels fault.
Staff Bad smell smoking
room too small, long way to the station in summer time
Spotlessly clean rooms, helpful and courteous staff - great Japanese breakfast.
A long walk from the train station.
Very small room and bathroom !!
the hotel is really nice and convenient. i will choose it if i visit Tokyo next time
