APA Hotel Yokohama Kannai    

Very good location - in the walking distance from Cosmoworld. Easy to find that is very important for a foreign visitor.

The room is really small. I can't move.

The value of money is nice, cheaper than other hotel

The sauna/bath was nice. The rooms were cleaned quite well. It was reasonably priced for the area.

Room was tiny, window did not open, wifi in the lobby was awful and there was no wireless in the room.

Should you arrive before booking in time you can leave your cases securely in the hotel foyer. The staff do speak some English and are very helpful. The stay was pleasant - we only used for an overnight stay before heading onto Tokyo.

It met our needs for the night. I am not sure whether it would be suitably positioned for a longer stay, although it is near the subway if you were considering using the hotel as a base.

I really enjoyed spa and sauna in the hotel.

The rooms are tiny, however, one has to have in mind and the hotel is in Japan, where it is probably quite normal. For a business trip or if one needs only to have a place to take rest/sleep it is fine.

Its location is pretty good. Very close to Kannai Station, Close to China Town, Close to convenient Stores, lots of eateries around.

The room size is very small though. About 10 sq ft additional would have been good.

Péssimo quarto, pequeno, com uma cama INSUPORTÁVEL. Não trocaram nosso colchão, mesmo estando deplorável.

価格は手頃ですが、部屋は少し窮屈感がある。

清潔乾淨、距離車站非常近

最上階の大浴場が良かった。特にEVホールから富士山が望めて横浜みなとみらいのビルの夜景も綺麗でした。-

朝食付きではなかったので、当日1,000円支払って食べたのですが、おかずの種類が少なかったです。ただレストランが狭いので仕方がないのか- もしれませんが、値段をお安くしてはいかがでしょうか？

フロントの対応も素早く良かった。

テーブルのコンセント、二口あってもいいかと思う。加湿器かけると携帯充電できない。

가격 대비 방 시설이 너무 안좋았어요~ 침대는 스프링 다 나가서 주저앉아있고.. 사기 당한 기분까지 들었어요~

横浜中心地が近く、中華街もすぐに行けたので、今回足の悪い母に負担にならなくて良かったです。

関内ホテルのApaホテルパンフレットがロビーのパンフレット受けになかったので残念でした。他の地方のは- ありましたけど。

シングルベットのお部屋を予約しましたが、１２０ｃｍ幅のベットの お部屋に何も言わなかったのに入れて頂きました。毎日、１４０ｃｍ幅 のベットに寝ているので、このアレンジは大変有り難かった。着いた ばかりの時、レセプションのかたのこの無言のアレンジにホテルの印象 が大変良くなりました。 横浜駅行きのバス停がホテルの目の前、 ブルーライン、ＪＲ関内駅もすぐ近く の大変良いローケーション。 朝食に焼き魚が２種類あり、おいしく健康的。

海外等遠くから来た場合、トランクが大きくなります。トランクを 置けるテーブルの縦、幅が１０ｃｍ程長いとよいのですが、、、 部屋が小さい。

駅からも近くレジャースポットも近いのでビジネス以外での利用もいい

混み合っていたせいもあるかもしれないが　チェックイン時に少々時間がかかったのがマイナス

Small room

大浴場が思ったより広くて快適でした。 朝食バイキングも次々に補充してくれました。 掛け布団が日本式だったので足が自由に動きセミダブルでもゆったり感がありました。

テレビのリモコンが壊れ？チャンネルも音量も変えられないまま消す事もできず洋服をかけて寝ました。（1時- 半頃の為フロントに電話しなかった）早朝主人- が目を覚ました時主電源を切ってくれたそうで、そこからゆっくり寝ることが出来ました。電池切れ？ 女性大浴場にヘアードライヤー1つは厳しい！と若い女性も言っていました。

This hotel is really excellent value for money. There's a great Italian restaurant downstairs and the the hotel is two or three minutes from the station.

This is only an observation....there was really nothing I didn't like! But there's only one washing machine and one dryer, and I think that would get a little busy

We enjoyed the Spa a lot and the hotel's location was very good.

The attitude of staff is quite good. They solved my problems with courtesy and kindness.

Size of the room is quite small. It's not so bad but not more satisfactory. Washlet system of toilet which is a bit out of order made me sad...
