There are stuff blocking the walk way outside the room.

This is definitely on the top of the worst hotel list. I seriously doubt its star rating. (i) The room is dirty and nasty, full of terribly foul odor. (ii) The room is really small. (iii) No elevator. You need to take the baggage to 2nd or even 3rd floor by yourself. (iv) Hardly to see the hotel staff.

Excellent location in the Shinjuku area but in a quiet backstreet. No fuss check-in and check-out. Shower and toilet small but functional and clean. Room small as per Japanese standards but clean and comfortable (bed and pillows both comfortable) Kitchenette well equipped. Aircon a lifesaver for the oncoming humid Japanese summer. No curfew.

Only con was 10am check-out but very minor issue.

Excellent location and good price, really close to Shinjuku Station. Small flat but confortable and clean.

No presence of staff during all day, just 12 am to 19 pm. Reception close at 19 pm strictly. They don't speak english only japanese but they are friendly..

Location was excellent, really close to Shinjuku Subway Station. Room has enough facilities (I.e fridge, hot plate, bath tub) Room rate is cheap considering it is in the middle of the city

No presence of staff during stay

The location is very good as connected to Shinjuku train station and other train stations. Hence, it is convenience to do the train inter- change. It is also connected to other big shopping malls like Takashimaya, Lumine, Isetan & etc. Also, it is near to Shinjuku Gyoen and this gyoen is fantastic pretty. The staff is very nice although he can't speak English very well. He knew I was tired when I checked in the hotel. Hence, he helped me carried my luggage to the room. He was also willing to helped me do the flight web check-in.

Overall I'm fine with the Apartment Hotel Shinjuku.

Location near Shinjuku jr, opposite Takashimaya Times Sq.

The bed is terrible & no place to hang clothes. Yet have a tiny kitchenette in a small room.

Convenient communication to each area in Tokyo, cody condition, comfortable room, low price

I choose this place mainly because of the reasonable price and location. The Apartment is located in city-city itself so you can easily to access city center area. Big main subway station is located really near by as well. If you are planing to travel Tokyo with metro, definitely it is good location. Also there was a small fridge and basic kitchen items were provided. I recommend you to stay here if you have to reduce your budget as much as possible for this trip.

First of all, there's no house keeping service. The Room was too small. I traveled with my friend and we stayed in "double room". I expected a big enough bed for two people. Bed was too small for two people, even blanket was too small. Bathroom is really small. I hit myself several time when I was in shower. I did hear somebody else flushing toilet from outside when I sat on the room. It's not one of the best clean places. My friend saw cockroach too.

The location of the place is good, near to Shinjuku JR trainf station and some other minor stations, where its easy to get transport around Tokyo and to go around the busy area of Shinjuku.

1 - No room service, the place was delivered the first day in fair conditions but after that there was no more cleaning, for what I paid I was expecting that. 2 - Value for money is not what I expected. 3 - The apartment hotel did not have much facilities, theres no lobby and the entrance is a bit dodgy

The localization is perfect, only 5 minutes walking to Shinjuku station (the principal station in Tokyo).

The room is really small for 2 persons, but if you want a good localization and save money is good.

Pretty good location and a fair price and the bed was very very comfortable.

The room and bathroom were both very small and tight. There was barely enough room to put my small suitcase in a corner and not be tripping on it.

I like the place which is very near to almost every convenient store, and also it's near the station.

Situé à 5 minutes de la gare de Shijuku (une des plus grandes gares de Tokyo). Appartement complet. Le prix. Il n'y a pas eu de problème pour prolonger notre séjour de 3 à 7 jours (et moins cher aussi).

Une longue liste: - personnel ne parle pas anglais. - nous sommes resté une semaine, jamais vu quelqu'un faire le ménage - ils ont enlevé la moquette sur le sol, ceci fait très sale - chambre très petite (mais bon, c'est Tokyo et la chambre était vraiment pas chère) - lit de 120cm, vraiment incomfortable, tous les resorts sortaient, il y avait des trous. Très mal au dos et bras après une semaine là-bas. - rien dans la chambre pour nettoyer - appartement fait pour une personne seulement (une assiette, un verre...) - odeur de cigarette sur les rideaux

旅館經營模式很特別，酷酷的老闆，酷酷的哈雷，讓人不會有緊迫盯人的自在感；喜歡一進入旅館特別的設計，去- 過兩次，兩次都有不同的呈現，很期待下次還有機會看看有什麼驚喜，103號房是新增加的的小房間，很有搖滾- 設計感，帶有點頹廢，我個人很喜歡這些別有用心的光影之間，離新宿西口很近，省下了很多車資，我很推薦呦！- :)

有些房型再更新一點，在感覺明亮點會更好喲！

隔音很差 清晨六點就在搬東西炒到客人這點很差勁

Perfekt läge precis intill Shinjuku station. Trots att det var centralt var det helt lugnt vid hotellet eftersom det ligger på en bakgata. Mycket charmig reception med massa antika prylar - i källaren ligger en antikbutik. Litet men funktionellt och rent rum. Badrummet i minsta laget, men det vägs upp av läget och det låga rumspriset.

Assez difficile de trouver la bonne sortie de cette gare immense de Shinjuku la première fois!
