The view is absolutely stunning, open air bath (rotenburo) is great as well. Meals were very good, could have been slightly better for this price though. The hotel looks new, but for some reason it feels old. It's clean and all, but there is a lack of shine, polish so to say, so the overall feeling is a bit off. For the same price you can get a gorgeous traditional onsen ryokan.
