Unlimited free bottles of water Near Gion Line which is the best subway line for traveling in Tokyo
The location. Quiet. Easy access to the hub of Tokyo.
Bed in room too small for 2 grown up.
Good facilities and rooms
Actually nothing can be done, everybody knows that Japan is the country of small things due to space restriction. The only problem with this hotel, in the room, was that there is no space to leave open two big suitcases. But we managed somehow and this didn't spoil the pleasure of visiting again a marvelous country. The staff was more that helpful and outgoing, a big thank you from us! I stayed twice in this hotel and would return again.
The staff was awesome everyone spoke english which put us at ease. Breakfast was excellent and included in the hotel price.
location, staff, buffet breakfast, value for money
Employees were nice and facilities were clean. Also the room was very comfortable
Only had wifi in the lobby.location is a bit far from any stations so plan for lot of walking.
no WiFi in the room!
Great place if this is the area you need to be in. It is about 300-400meters from the subway. Remember to lock your doors because there are not automatic. Great staff.
A fantastic hotel at a great location. Staff are always friendly and do the utmost to help whenever possible. Thank you!
This hotel is excellent value for money. The rooms are small but clean and well appointed with TV, internet, kimono and slippers, buffet breakfast -- either Japanese or Western -- and the staff are helpful, friendly, and speak several languages. This is my 2nd visit in 5 years, and it won't be my last.
location is excellent, within a beautiful walk from aoyama ichomae station, but located in a bit hidden area where embassies are located. breakfast is included and is so rich and delicious, like the chopped eggs, and vege salads with lemon dressing, also miso soup. etc. front desk staff generally has great command of english, represents the international level of this hotel.
wifi isn't available in the room, only cabled internet. is a little inconvenient. the room window is a little hard to open and close, if you're not familiar with this kind of window.
Clean, not bad position, good breakfast, good value for the money, much better than many 3 star hotel in other countries.
- Fabulous location in one of Tokyo's most upscale (and central) neighborhoods. Just three blocks from a subway stop on three lines. Close to restaurants in all price ranges. - Wonderful, helpful staff. All of them seem to speak English. - Price is incredible for the location. - Rooms are small (think your college dorm room) but well laid out and not claustrophobic. Very clean. - Refrigerator in the room. - Breakfast buffet included.
This hotel is really close to a Metro Station from which it's easy to go to the different parts of the city Also the staff was really friendly and the breakfast selection ok. I booked this hotel after it had been recommended to my by two different groups of people who have stayed there and I was as pleased as they were.
We had a little trouble finding the hotel on the first day (even with the discription), but we managed it.
A very good Tokyo hotel for the price. Breakfast was good and there is plenty of seating. The staff was very helpful and recommended great restaurants. We were skeptical of the fish restaurant they recommended every time we asked, (Uoshin) but when we finally did go, it was probably the best meal we had in Japan.
We were in the older block, so the room was a bit worn, but it was clean and comfortable. There is a step up to the bathroom, but we managed not to stub a toe on it, even late at night.
Rooms were very comfortable, quiet location but close to everything
Price, breakfast could have been better
Great bed, great staff
Room alittle small but thats Japan
Very friendly staff, clean rooms, good food, and the location was great! Very close to the subway and a short walk to Roppongi.
Double rooms are tiny! And so are the bathrooms. The pictures are a little deceiving.

They had all excellent services, location ,staff,breakfast-spectacular,etc
Nothing everything was excellent
Nice, clean and spacious room. Good breakfast.
No WiFi in the room.
I liked the location, and price....definitely a good price and value for your family. It is close to the train stations, several restaurants and convenience stores. The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke English very well.
Friendly staff and free water to take for sight seeing
Could have had free wifi in the rooms instead of your foyer
