Love the Breakfast by Kudoh San, its has the taste of a Motherly love in it. ANd the serenity in Hakodate.. Its sure a great place to rest and relax.

Excellent breakfast. The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. The town was touristy but a very enjoyable port And fishing town. I would recommend this B&B

The lounge smelled a bit smokey from cigarettes, but this is normal for Japan

The design is unique, I feel like going to a very beautiful, peaceful and nice pension for a 2 night stays. The room and share bathroom is very clean, I especially love the common area with chess set and games.

Although the hotel name is B&B - Bed & Breakfast Pension but Breakfast need to pay additional 800yen. No wifi.

I liked the staff who were very friendly and welcoming. They run a well organized B&B. The place was spotlessly clean and tidy. It had a calm feel about it. The bathroom although not in the room was very functional and again very clean and well planned. The breakfast was delicious especially the yoghurt and fruit.

It was a bit noisy outside and because we had the window open it was more noticeable. The street noise did not disturb us on the second night of our stay. Perhaps it was more noticeable because we had come from a very quiet part of Hokkaido.

My wife and I were amazed by the very kind and thoughtful staff (they even went so far as letting us use their bikes as well as folding our laundry while we were gone biking)!

It would have been nice to have some A/C but Hokkaido was not unbearably hot anyway and they did have a fan in the room.

Very friendly staff, we felt home immediately. Perfect location right were all the sights are. Free tea and instant coffee in the lobby, which is more like a living with charming wooden furniture and many books and helpful brochures. Spacy rooms, good showers, very homely atmosphere. Good breakfast too. Go here. You won't be disappointed. Anecdote: we misread the map on the website and phoned that we couldn't find it. The owner told us to keep on walking and after a few minutes a van pulled up next to us. He'd come to pick us up himself!

No wifi. But probably that is for the better -- one can take a real rest here and come to one's senses. There are several places around the corner that offer free wifi anyway.

The location was fantastic! Walking distance to the rope way, red brick ware warehouse, the Lucky Perriot restaurant for their famous burgers and of course the train/tram station (Jujigai Station). The B&B was cozy comfortable and homely with warm friendly service.

Great location in short walking distance to any major attraction, restaurants and shops, friendly host, very clean and tidy place. Bicycles are available to use. Room is quite basic but comfortable, anyway the curtain is thin so the light get into the room since 4.30 am (summer). Car available without charge

Very good location for walks to tourist sites and close to tram station.The host was very friendly and helpful, he even lent my son a coat when the weather turned suddenly cold. Thank you Tachiya San. We had a pleasant stay at your place.

下手な安ホテルよりずっと快適でした とにかくキレイに維持されていることに感激です。 あまりの静けさなのも驚きです。 ここを拠点にほぼ観光もできます。

函館のメインとなる場所（赤レンガ倉庫）から徒歩1分ほどです！ 徒歩圏内にあるのでとっても便利です。 下にお風呂があり２階にシャワー室、トイレも女性男性別々で２つずつあります。 とても清潔ですしよかったです。 後、夜景が一望できるロープウェイ乗り場にも徒歩で行けますよ☆ 母と泊まりましたが二人とも満足です。

ราคาแพงมากเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับคุณภาพ ขอห้องไม่สูบบุหรี่ แต่กลิ่นบุหรี่ทั่วบ้าน ทั้ง 2 ชั้น และยังฝากกระเป๋าเมื่อเช็คเอ๊าท์แต่เช้า ไปตลาดกลับมาประมาณ 10.30 เพื่อเอากระเป๋าแต่ไม่มีใครอยู่ ต้องรอประมาณเกือบชั่งโมง ทำให้ต้องเปลี่ยนแผนในการเดินทาง ของใช้เช่น ชุดนอน สบู่เป็นสบู่ทีใช้แล้วก้อนใหญ่ในห้องน้ำรวม ผ้าเช็ดตัวเหม็นอับ และไม่มีผ้าเช็ดหน้า ราคาแพงกว่าคุณภาพมากๆ

全ての面で清潔感があり良かった。風呂や洗面所、トイレは共同であるが問題なかった。また、金森倉庫やハリ- ストス正教会、函館山ロープウェイ乗り場等がすぐそばにあり観光には最適である。

施設とは関係ないが、夜中の3時頃洗面所で騒いでいるバカップルがおり目が覚めた。トイレがウォシュレット- でないのが残念だった。
