The deluxe studio was very spacious. It had everything we needed for our week in Tokyo at the end of our trip. It was a relaxing place to stay. The reception ladies were very helpful. There is a lan connection in the room, we asked if we could get Wifi in the room and this was set up while we were out that day - wifi is free. The coin laundry in the basement was much appreciated. The hotel itself has dining options but there is also a McDonald's, an Excelsior cafe, a 7/11 and Lawsons convenience stores all within 2 mins walk of the hotel. It's on the Nagatacho metro line, literally 1 minute walk from the hotel which was very handy for getting around Tokyo. On our last day we needed to be at the train station for 6.30am, we hailed a taxi outside, it cost less than 1000 Yen and took under 10mins. Great place, I would recommend the Kitano Arms.

1. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. 2. Reasonable price made up for the hotel's location which was a bit far from the tourist attractions. 3. All the facilities (toilet, shower, oven, microwave, kettle, etc) worked ! (Very important)

1. There was no wireless internet available anywhere in the hotel. The LAN cable provided in the room was incompatible with my MacBook Air. 2. The rooms which we booked were meant for 2 people per room but not enough pillows provided (only 2 pillows when the hotel should have provided 4) 3. No smoking lounges provided. Smokers had to go out of the hotel in the cold weather to smoke.

This was a great hotel! I stayed here with my sister for three days, and we absolutely loved it there! The room was HUGE, and we had a lovely view of the city. The kitchen was awesome, and we saved a lot of money by eating in and not going out to the slightly expensive restaurants nearby. I would stay here again!

Convenient location.easy and cheapest way to reach hotel from airport is to take bus from narita[stop 31] for 1000 yen and get down at tokyo station..and then take a taxi [around 1200 yen].. Very clean,small kitchen quite useful and a good size room.

Good size room with sleeping area, kitchenette, lounge area and desk. Staff were helpful (though limited info for tourists).

Hotel next to flyover and the windows over the bed did not have secondary glazing like the main windows so difficulty sleeping until I used my ear plugs. Suggest avoiding the corner rooms.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient for the Nakatacho Metro station.

The hotel should really clean the rooms every day and replace towels, linen etc The hotel should provide tea, coffee etc in the room The hotel should provide an iron in the room

A nice apartment which was a really good size. Staff were wonderful but all Japanese people are. Although not located in the most touristy part of Tokyo the metro was close and within 5-10 walk there were heaps a restaurants. Considering how expensive Japan is the price was fairly good.

Bilik yang sangat luas dengan kelengkapan dapur dan memasak. Sangat disyorkan untuk yang ingin memasak. Terletak di tengah bandar, berhampiran dengan laluan train. Sangat memuaskan.

小さな子供を三人連れていたので、ベッドの配置など予め考慮してくださり、ベビーベッドやオムツ用のゴミ箱- も用意してくれたりと、サービスが行き渡っていました。 キッチンがあったので離乳食を与えるのも便利、リビングスペースも広々としていたので、子供達も伸び伸びと- 遊べました。 東京駅からもタクシーで１２００円ほど。赤坂エリアにも歩いて行けるので、レストランなどもたくさんありま- した。 ホテルの横にはコンビニ、東京三菱UFJ銀行のATM、カフェにマクドナルドと夜食や朝食の調達にも困りま- せん。

今回は3週間の滞在、何時ものお部屋 いつも通りのきめ細かいサービスを受けました。次回ももちろんお世話になりたいです。スタッフの皆さん ありがとうございました。
