The room is really big compared to the standards in Tokyo , Staff are friendly and they don't hesitate to help us with every thing we want , location of the hotel is just perfect ! 2 mins away from the metro station
Twin rooms would be more appreciate if having a room renovation.
Room is very large for staying in Tokyo. Near subway entrance.
very central, Metro very near the door, a walk in the eveneing of around 15 minutes brings you within an area, where one restaurant is beside the other. It is necessary to bring food for breakfast or go out for it.
Located in Akesaka, well connected. Nice apartment, spacious and comfortable
1. Size and cleanliness of the guestroom 2. Gentleness of staffs 3. Location 4. Restroom (though it is a bit small)
Great staff cheerful and extremely helpful. The location is perfect with metro line virtually outside your door, Easy walking distance of some great restaurants a five minute walk away down the hill in Akasaka. It. Is easy to get to from Narita airport - take the limousine bus to The Akaska Excel hotel - you are then about a 5 minute or maybe 10 minute walk away! I would highly recommend this hotel especially if this is your first visit to Japan.
Excellent location, friendly staff, quiet, clean, cozy and spacious !
Excellent customer service, all staff exceptionally friendly and professional, nothing was a problem. Room was huge by Tokyo standards, very good value for money. Close to MRT station where many lines crossed making access very easy. Walking distance to Akasaka area where a multitude of great restaurants and bars can be found, great food and drinks at reasonable prices. Good coffee shop a few doors away for light breakfasts, 7 Eleven close by.
Forget about even just watching a youtube video without waiting video to buffer every 2 seconds.
large room for the price. good for families.
Nothing not to like.
Staff is simply excellent and they speak english. The hotel is located 3 minutes walk from a metro station which will take you to all the main attractions directly or with 1 change. Although it's next to a main street the hotel is very quiet. The room is of a very good size by tokyo standards.
Fully equipped - full kitchen (including pots and pans, dishes...everything you need to make a delicious meal with). Friendly staff - helpful and professional.
Very convenient location and very friendly staff. The room was an excellent size allowing us to spread out a little after being cramped up for a week travelling.
The location is just perfect
Kitchen supplies could be upgraded (coffee/tea cups small). Coffeemaker, even a manual Melitta-type filter, would have been handy. The carpet should ideally be replaced, or at least steam cleaned, and a coat of paint would really refresh the space. We were in a non-smoking room (513) and never smelled any smoke. However, the hallway from the elevator reeked of smoke some afternoons (possibly from a space that Kitano Arms doesn't operate).
Practically everything. Location (subway, food). Great in-room wifi. Comfortable bed (we prefer firm). Room size and storage, both spacious by Tokyo standards. Excellent front desk staff. Coin laundry in basement. Capital Cafe (bar) makes a superb vodka martini!
- very committed staff !!! - spacious - WIFI included (not like Hilton Narita) - Kitchenette - not new but very clean
Friendly Staff with above average English. Size and comfort of Apartment. Location
Really the only downside was some of the staff could speak virtually no English (weekend staff and late night staff). If you point a lot on maps they will eventually work it out and we didn't get lost once.
The subway is literally outside the door. 7/11 virtually next door as is a great coffee shop who does a good lite breakfast. Restaurants within 7-10 minute easy walk. Laundry downstairs was convenient. Sleep quality was great - no noise considering in business precinct. Kitchenette was useful but not large. This is a must to stay at.
Small feedback; to provide clearer information on how to get The hotel from Tokyo train station. Only car direction available.
Spacious Room, nice and clean, good kitchen and has laundry facilities on premises. Location near subway station, many supermarkets and easy to find food in the surrounding area, Good wifi connection. Perfect for our family vacation.
at the time we stayed the climate control was being switched over from cooling to heating (we were there in autumn, late October) which meant that we could not control the temperature at all, it got pretty hot and stuffy in the apartment despite opening the windows.
apartment felt huge, comfortable bed, full kitchen facilities, everything you could want. easy access to subway lines.
Perfect Location Tons of Space Friendly Staff
The apartment was large, comfortable and clean. The location is convenient, with a Tokyo Metro station nearby, and Ginza within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
That we had to go!!!
My partner and I are both frequent travelers and come to Tokyo several times a year for business and leisure. We booked Kitano arms out of curiosity and based on the existing reviews and it did not disappoint! This is by far one of our top 3 hotels in Tokyo: friendly and very helpful staff, good facilities, very big room space (similar to a studio serviced apartment type) and excellent location just near Nagatocho station (exit 4), and walkong distance to Hanzomon station and also Akasaka-Mitsuke where you will find a lot of restaurants and cafes. If you enjoy walking a bit more, you could even get to Omotesando area as well!
Next to a busy street AND an expressway, ventilation cannot be switched off
Staff, size of room
No international TV channels available (except CNN), carpet floor
Room 905: Size of room, quiet room not facing to street side, connected to public fransport System (Station Y16-Exit 4), free Wifi
kitchen very basic but there again why eat in when so many fabulous restaurants and bars within 10 minutes walk!
Excellent location and spacious room. A minutes walk to coffee shops and convenience stores. 10 minute walk to best ever eating areas in Akasaka-mitsuke!
