Very close to JR. Nice design and rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast (incl. view from the 14th floor). Free Wifi 'only' in the lobby and restaurant

Convenience to main rail station and easy short walk with luggage. Very helpful staff especially when had some computer problems. Excellent breakfast included in our tariff and great view of snow covered mountains from 14th floor dining room. An unexpected upgrade was really appreciated towards the end of a long journey from Tokyo. Definitely recommend to someone with similar needs. Aircon was still on winter "heating only" as we were in an unexpected cold period. But room was too hot & stuffy at night with A/C turned on, so had to open the window, but only on one occasion over 2 nights.

Nice and welcome Front staff (i can't remember her name, she was there when we checked in. She was trying to find non smoking room available for us even we come early than check in time 3pm) The room too small, would be great if have a bit more space at the same rate

Convenient location 3min to sapporo station. Doubles room was very big, we really liked our stay! Great price too! Breakfast was 1000yen, buffet style nothing special.

Location is good, close to jr station, staff English is good and their attitude is friendly and helpful Wifi only available in lobby, which is common in Japan hotel will be great if they can offer humidifier in room, coz it's really dry there

Hotel staff are friendly and English is good, room quality worth for its value, toiletries are from POLA, the shampoo & conditioner is good As Hokkaido is quite dry, i hope they can offer humidifier in the room, and body cream as well

The location - you are 3 min from the JR station The staff - They answered me all questions and went all the way to dig out the other options The room - It's clean, decent size and new! Excellent value for money! I would definitely tell all my friends who will go to Sapporo to stay here! No Wifi in rooms.

The location is really good, very close to the Sapporo jr station. The check-in time is after 15:00 and the check-out time is before 10:00.

The hotel is based in a great location just a few mins from the city. I had a number of DVDs on me and it was possible to rent a DVD player for free. The bed was VERY comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic.

Located very close to Sappporo JR station and to Hokkaido University campus. Free Internet. Excellent staff. Buffet breakfast OK. Room was a bit small.

Excellent location by the JR Sapporo station. Good for skiing or layover days during a ski holiday. Wish coffee was available in the morning.
