Die Lage ist für Urlaubsreisen noch ok, für Business-Reisen (mit Abholung durch Partner) nicht tauglich, da das Hotel im Vergnügungsviertel und nicht weit vom Rotlichtbereich liegt. |

The locations is perfect, close to the Shinjuku station from where you could catch trains and go everywhere in the city and is also easily accessible from the Narita airport (Narita Express stops at the Shinjuku station). The hotel rooms are very clean and with modern furniture. There is very high speed internet connection by cable and it's free of charge. May be just the breakfast can be improved a bit, the other things are great. |

The hotel is well located near the Shinjuku Station offering easy access to the city. There is a 24hr convenience store located directly below the hotel. The Buffet Breakfast is excellent with a variety of food. The room was very compact but not claustrophobic. The biggest issue with the hotel was the pillow in the room was uncomfortable it felt as thought it was filled with straw or similar. if i stayed here again i would take a pillow. |

Excellent location, very easy access to Shinjuku station and from there, very easy to be connected to Tokyo's key areas. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Plus, there is a convenience store right at the ground level of the hotel. |

I liked the bathroom most of all, very modern and clean. One of the best bathrooms I have seen in Osaka. The room was also very nice and clean and facilities were great. However, the hotel is a bit far from the area as we had to transfer to 2 different train lines. |

very good location, within 5 min walking distance to Shinjuku station which access Tokyo easily. Rooms as small which is Japan, no surprise there, but functional designed. Breakfast buffet is rather so so, however, for the price-value, the hotel is very good located |

Room was small just like any other hotels in Tokyo / Japan but the bathroom was surprisingly spacious with a separate bath area and bathtub. The hotel is clean and new and staff spoke reasonable amount of english. There is a computer for guests to access internet in the lobby which is great. The bedroom has barely enough space for us to walk, let alone our luggages. The double bed was too small for the 2 of us (mind you, we are just 2 average sized asian). The location is a distance away from Shinjuku station (15mins walk). We had to drag our luggages across the busy streets to arrive at the hotel after alighting at Shinjuku station in the airport limousine bus which we had to repeat when we head back. This is the biggest problem we had of the hotel. |

It was difficult to find this hotel, and I had to ask their neighbors, who did not know. Actually this hotel was located above the super market. |

I found the hotel very nice, clean and stylish. The staff is VERY helpful and speak pretty ok english. We asked for an iron, wineglasses and some other things and they knocked at our door within a few minutes, very quick. Very nice design of the hotel. The bathrooms are quite small but very well planned and the bathtub is nice! Good pressure in the showers (at 7th floor). Bed was ok for two persons (economic doubleroom), good hardness of matress. I highly recommend this if you go to Tokyo for some shopping sightseeing and want a nice, fresh and and clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast is a bit boring, toast and some buns, no cheese or something to put on your toast, only jam. They got some sausages and scrambled eggs, juice and japansese stuff i didnt try. YEah and deep fried chicken (for breakfast?!) It's enough to get you full though but no gourme things. But we still felt it was ok for what we payed. Pillows where a bit hard but still ok, really not a dealbraker though :) |

Can really recommend the hotel to everyone. In the middle of Shinjuku. Very convenient for shopping and clubbing. Can be a bit noisy if you want to sleep early. Breakfast is poor... but coffee is drinkable. |

Location is great, closed to everything you need. shinjuku is a great place to stay and shijnuku station is very easy for all travels in tokyo or to move within japan. but difficult to find. when you are in the right street, the hotel is in front of the "pasela resort" look for the lighting letters and palm tree. The hotel elevator is in a kind of white open hall, in front of a "lawson" mini markt, front office is at the 3rd floor. buffet breakfast is ok, mixed western and japanese food. Room is small but we are in tokyo! In semi double room bed is 140x190cm, ok for 2, but closed to the wall. |

The hotel quite new and it is located less then 10 minutes from the big subway hub Shinjuku station and typical japanese bars and restaurants are only 1-2 minutes away. Good location for fun and eating The hotel offers free internet, disapointing is the fact that mails cannot be sent with Outlook, only downloading possible. I know many other hotels in Tokio where the sending of mails via outlook is no problem and free internet is also provided. |

The hotel location is very good, just 5 min. walk from the major subway and JR station Shinjuku and close to a large shopping area. The breakfast buffet is very good and the hotel staff is helpful and friendly. Moreover, guests have free access to the Internet. |
