Very convenient location. Underground exit was in the next building. 15-20 min walk from major Osaka railway station with trains in all required directions. Convenient access to tourist locations. Very helpful and polite stuff. Quiet and safe area. Room was clean and all we needed was there. Modern bathroom with all toiletries. I think value for price is very good. Breakfast was very limited in choice and not too much. After having first breakfast we stopped visiting this facility. TV location is not convenient for watching from the bed but we anyway had no time for this.

Very quiet neighborhood (in the business district). 7-11 and Lawson's just across the street. The hotel is very near a subway 1 min walk to Kitahama station. The hotel requested full payment upon check-in. Maybe it's a Japanese thing, but we found it a bit unusual.

Hotel Brighton City Osaka is a great place to stay. It is very close to subway with just 5 minutes walk and easy to get inside the city centre by just 3 stops of subway. The room is very clean and there were all facilities that you needed. The staff is willing to help and there is convenient stores just opposite the hotel. I stayed in twin beds room. Although the room is a bit small, I guess this is common for hotel in Japan. Breakfast is a bit pricey while you can find nice cafe located 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

Location was great, very close to the subway station. Staff don't bring stuff to the room, have to go down to the lobby, no room services, and have to paid for late check out, which never happen to me before.

Nice room, modern bathroom. Close to subway with good connections, though in a quiet area. A bit on the small side, as most hotel rooms in Japan. No wifi.

Great central location, reasonable rates When we arrived,(jetlagged) we had to wait a few hours to meet our duaghter. Our 12 year old son, who was very tired (but was going to be staying at our daughter's host family's plave that night) was not allowed to use our room for a short sleep(2-5pm) he was so tired we ended up having to pay for another room for those hours so he could sleep.

Great value for money! By far one of the best places we stayed in Japan. The room was gorgeous, comfy bed and pillows, state of the art shower and bath - good sized bath too! The breakfast on offer was delicious, fresh marbled bread by the in house bakery. Staff very helpful, ask and you shall receive a map of all the restaurants in the surrounding area. Bottled water in the fridge was a nice touch. Right next to the subway station, however you do need to change trains a lot to get around as it isn't on a main line.

It was very clean and very comfortable, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Obviously the language barrier was a challenge at times, but, we were able to make ourselves understood, as they were. The hotel was a 2 minute walk to the subway, but make sure you have yen to purchase your tickets because they don't take cards. Directly across the road there was a 7eleven, again you'll need local currency. The only thing I didn't like was the fact it didn't have a restaurant, however, it did have a coffee shop. But never fear, there is a Starbucks a few blocks down the road, about a 10 minute walk.

The hotel is fantastic. The location is the best of my trip in several citys in Japan, which is a stone's throw to subway and JR station. The room is relative spacious and tidy, furnitured with necessary facilities. And the English speaking staffs are also quite helpful. Good choice to stay in Osaka.

The hotel was good value for money in Osaka. We had no problems at all with the hotel and would stay there again if in Osaka. The location of the hotel was not central although very close to the subway station, the subway line was not the main north south line so that at least two changes in subways lines was required when travelling around Osaka. Otherwise a great hotel.

I loved the bathroom and the showers. It had very good water pressure. I also loved the mattress, it was really comfortable. I would have liked them to speak more English, but we did just fine. I should have learned more Japanese before going and staying in the business district.
