I liked the cleanliness of the room and facilities. The hotel seemed very new and pristine. You do not need to bring anything, basic tooth brushes, hair brush and comb, razor and cream. Hand and bath soap and shampoo and conditioner. The towels were changed everyday. It was away from the main shopping areas, but in a quiet and safe area (all Osaka seemed safe) and the underground trains were just 50 metres away. The underground system is very good. The staff were very polite and helpful, but their English was lacking or rudimentary. That was OK. The breakfast was OK for a one-night stay, but repetitive and at 1000Yen, it was not especially cheap. However, there was a 7-11 opposite, which sold everything, including sandwiches.

Great central location, reasonable rates When we arrived,(jetlagged) we had to wait a few hours to meet our duaghter. Our 12 year old son, who was very tired (but was going to be staying at our daughter's host family's plave that night) was not allowed to use our room for a short sleep(2-5pm) he was so tired we ended up having to pay for another room for those hours so he could sleep.

Great value for money! By far one of the best places we stayed in Japan. The room was gorgeous, comfy bed and pillows, state of the art shower and bath - good sized bath too! The breakfast on offer was delicious, fresh marbled bread by the in house bakery. Staff very helpful, ask and you shall receive a map of all the restaurants in the surrounding area. Bottled water in the fridge was a nice touch. Right next to the subway station, however you do need to change trains a lot to get around as it isn't on a main line.

It was very clean and very comfortable, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Obviously the language barrier was a challenge at times, but, we were able to make ourselves understood, as they were. The hotel was a 2 minute walk to the subway, but make sure you have yen to purchase your tickets because they don't take cards. Directly across the road there was a 7eleven, again you'll need local currency. The only thing I didn't like was the fact it didn't have a restaurant, however, it did have a coffee shop. But never fear, there is a Starbucks a few blocks down the road, about a 10 minute walk.

The hotel was good value for money in Osaka. We had no problems at all with the hotel and would stay there again if in Osaka. The location of the hotel was not central although very close to the subway station, the subway line was not the main north south line so that at least two changes in subways lines was required when travelling around Osaka. Otherwise a great hotel.

It is convenient to get there from airport(nankai---subway at brown line). However, the exit, mentioned by the hotel, should be modified to exit 4 and out by elevator instead of taking staircase exit 5. Good bath room with shower at one side and bath tub for soaking bath at the other. The room is clean but a bit smaller and not good air conditioning outlet. Good breakfast with delicious breads of many kinds. Sufficient restaurants and a small supermarket are located around the place to fulfill my stomach need. Good and quiet place for my age. After all, it is a money for value hotel. Hotel makes a good arrangement for our marathon runners to open the door for breakfast earlier at 6:30. We will be back if running the Osaka marathon next year.

Hotel has a bright, clean, top-end feel and look and was quite comfortable. The staff were consistently polite and helpful. Compared to other hotels in the 3-star range, it deserves at least 4-stars. The rain shower in the bathroom was great. Free bottles of water each day were very appreciated since it was August and very warm and humid. Hotel is situated close to a number of restaurants and so does not suffer from not having its own. It is also close to two subway lines, making access to other parts of the city quite easy. While not small or 'cosy', the double room we stayed in was not large. I think this is usual in Japanese hotels, though, and compared to other hotels used by conference attendees, the room size and amenities and hotel quality were superior.

Convenient location with underground access and 24hr convenient stores. Right at the station that's one off the city centre underground lines intersection terminal. Convenient yet quiet neighborhood. Spacious rooms in Japanese standard for the price. Very good value for money. Search result from booking.com

The hotel is fantastic. The location is the best of my trip in several citys in Japan, which is a stone's throw to subway and JR station. The room is relative spacious and tidy, furnitured with necessary facilities. And the English speaking staffs are also quite helpful. Good choice to stay in Osaka.

The bathroom - I loved the separate shower and bath. Nice tea selection in the room. Friendly staff-. Comfortable bed. The room was either too hot or too cold. I never could find a happy medium with the temperature control. When asking hotel staff for suggestions for breakfast or other meals, they were not able to make any apart from "just walk around" or worse, that they had no idea.

I loved the bathroom and the showers. It had very good water pressure. I also loved the mattress, it was really comfortable. I would have liked them to speak more English, but we did just fine. I should have learned more Japanese before going and staying in the business district.

Location of the hotel was very convenient: there was a 7/11 directly opposite the hotel as well and Kitahama station was also very close to the hotel. Hotel room facilities were top notch, clean and convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not that many TV channels to choose from.

The location is excellent. The subway station is extremely close and there is a 7-11 directly across the street. Being in a big city, I expected it to be noisy. However, the hotel is located back from the busy main street making it very quiet and restful. There were numerous restaurants in the area, making it easy to find dinner. Having a safe in the room is a big plus. The shower was great with strong water pressure. Before we left, the ladies at the front desk were wonderful and helped us with information on our next stop, even calling ahead to check the approximate taxi fare from the train station to our hotel. Their help was greatly appreciated. The room was small, but that was expected. For a longer stay having only one chair in the room and no space would get frustrating. However for a couple of nights, it was perfect. Though not all the staff spoke much English, they were generally very willing to help.
