I enjoy the spa/bath area and the late check out time. I stay here often and will stay again! The mattress had 2 large stains that could be seen through the sheet. I was also given an upper level capsule when a lower level capsule was requested.

The bath facilities and kimonos they give you to wear after using them are great! While close to a subway station, this hostel is very far away from the city's hotspots. This is a big problem for going out at night because the subway closes at 12 and the hostel is 45 min from Shibuya. The environment was also not ver social.

Not many capsule hotels take female travelers, so I was happy to find this place. They also have an onsen-style bath and rock sauna. The location is excellent, close to Kinshicho train station, convenience stores, Tokyo Sky Tree, and Asakusa tourist spots. There are no outlets in the capsules to charge your electronic devices, so you have to leave them in less secure areas to charge. The women's toilet on my floor was very small and not always clean.

The staff was really helpful. When I was having trouble with my bank cards, they went with me to the ATM and helped figure out the problem. There was also a fantastic bathroom with a sauna room too. Capsule mattress was only about 1/2 - 3/4 inches thick.

What a surprise! The capsules themselves were spacious (coming from a taller girl) and clean. The place itself had a good vibe. The staff were lovely and let us leave our bags there before check in. Free tooth brushes. The onsen and sauna were amazing! Great value for money. A tip for finding it (as google maps made it harder than it should be) at Kinshichou Station take the north exit, head to the main road and turn left until you get to Burger King, turn right and it is on the corner of the next block. The wifi only works in the common area on the lobby floor, however that is a minor downside because there is a tv and bathroom on there anyway.

The 24-hour Sauna was definitely a plus. The location was great, I can view the sky tree on the 6th floor. It's 2 or 3 stations to Akihabara and Suyibobashi (the Tokyo Dome), what else can an otaku ask for? The staffs were very nice, not each of them could speak english, but they could understand what I needed. I may choose this capsule hostel the next time I go to tokyo. People kept coming in and going out, so it was hard for me to have a deep sleep. I kept waking up every hour. But, anyway, it's a capsule hotel, so I could stand with this.

The best is IMHO the Japanese Bathroom with hot baths and even Sauna, 24h open, for free. Cozy meeting room in front of the reception. Probably the best capsule hotel I have been so far. The mattress were also a little thicker than other places. I changed to another place more in the center, but actually, this one close to the JR line was not bad at all!

It was my first time in a capsule hotel, and I really enjoyed the experience. The staff were really friendly, their English was really good and I was very happy to see my name on the welcome board. A very nice touch! The bathroom area was very nice, I enjoyed my first onsen experience too. Location is great and is easy to find. All-in-all, it was great and added to my experience of Tokyo! Thank you! The locker's were too small to accommodate my backpack, let alone the other guests who had bigger and bags. Fortunately Japan is a very safe country, and I wasn't worried that the other guests might rummage through my stuff while I was sleeping or in the bathroom.

This Capsule Inn is in a wonderful location if you want to see any of the big sights in Tokyo; almost everything we wanted to see was a very short train ride, or at most 25 minutes, away. I see a lot of comments about the Women's Bath area being an afterthought, but for an afterthought, it's quite nice, very clean, and incredibly luxurious for a capsule hotel. For the price that you pay to stay at Capsule Inn Kinshicho, the service is incredible. We were met by English speaking staff--actually, a Canadian man--and given great treatment. The building itself is a bit old, and the carpet is in dire need of replacement, but I do not feel like it was dirty. I felt very safe leaving my valuables in the locker, and many people on the Women's floor left their large suitcases outside of their capsules. The women's floor locks, so only female guests of the hotel can enter it. Overall, the atmosphere was very laid back, but felt safe. I accidentally left a few things in my capsule one day, and the staff left them nicely piled on top of my fresh sheets for me that night. I fully intend to come back to this capsule again. As many others have said, there are wifi issues. When the wifi was working, I was able to get it in my capsule, but it often didn't work. While not a complaint, I think it should be mentioned that the bathing is communal. I don't think anyone would care if you wore a swimsuit into the women's bath area, but just expect everyone else to be naked. This is Japan, and that's not an unusual thing here.

Second time staying here and will stay again in the future. Great price and location. The capsule is comfortable and the spa/bath is very relaxing. The staff was very helpful during check in and helped carry my bag downstairs for me when checking out. Love the late check out time as well!

I really liked this Capsule Hotel. Apparently, this is one of the few Capsule hotels that accepts women. It was my first Capsule experience and I really enjoyed it! I liked the sauna and the common bathroom. After having spent the whole day in the streets of Tokyo, it is really a good way to relax! Besides, they give you new yukatas and towels everytime you want, there are toothbrushes, there is toothpasta, shampoo, soap, etc. I thought that the Capsule in itself was suprisingly comfortable. There is TV and the mattress is not too hard. There is even a locker outside the Capsule where you can put safely your valuable items. The staff was also very helpful and kind.

Staff spoke little English but they tried their best to be as helpful as they could. Cheap and probably one of the few capsules which allow women. Walking distance to the train station too. The wifi signal was poor at the ladies floor. There are no power sockets in each capsule, only in the common area, so dont expect to charge your phone/camera/ipad/etc in your private capsule. There is no private shower area and the public bath involved walking out of the hotel to another shoplot next door. No complaints on the public bath. It was a good experience for me but it gave me a shock when I first walked in an all women were undressed! Definitely not for the shy and faint hearted.

I had very pleasant and nice stay in Capsule Inn Kinshicho for 3 nights. Staff was very polite and they did help me if I had any questions. Nice bathroom area, there was sauna room and hot tub! Always got clean towels (and sheets?). I liked the complimentary coffee a lot and the nice common area. The womens capsule floor's bathroom door made horrible noise if you closed or opened it. Lockers were also rather small. In front of the inn, outside though, was some coin lockers alternatively. I chose to store my backpack in front of my capsule as many other visitors did.

Nice to be in a capsule, capsules are well equipped, with radio, tv, alarm and light...it's spacious enough, I can fit quite perfectly and even sit (I'm 190 cm long)..Perfect position, just 10 minutes walk from tube station... Not very clean...especially compared to the Japanese standards...and price is quite high compared to the quality and the fact that it is not a room...we were 2 people, and could have a nice doubble room in the city centre for the same price...but it is woth trying...

Cheap, friendly and with English speaking staff. There was a computer to use and wifi in the common areas plus a locker so that you could set things out even though you were in a capsule. Close to a station and very near lots of places to eat. In a straight line about 20 mins walk to Skytree. Free towels, yukata, hairdryers, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes and lotion. Western style toilet available. Great separate sento (public bathing area) for males and females. Not enough power outlets for the technology generation! There were two extension cords for the floor of about 20 women. The common area often smelled of cigarette smoke. The women's sento was in the same building but involved walking outside and back in another door and there was no private shower option if you didn't feel like public bathing that night.
