The staff speak English and was very friendly
1. l impressed the front desk women. she is so beautiful. 2. this hotel is so clean, comfortable. Usually capsule hotel is suck. but It is different.
1. the problem is location. It closely is located from Sannomiya st also in amusement district.
Well facilitated traditional capsule hotel - offers a very unique experience. Perfect for a night or two.
Cozy. Had a misunderstanding with the reception at first, but everything went swimmingly after that!
Nothing, it was great for the money and I couldn't have asked for more.
Extremely economical option. For me, a capsule hotel was on my bucket list of things to do while in Japan. The staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean. Bath and sauna facilities were great. Do some research on cultural protocols if you've not done a capsule hotel or public bath before and you'll be fine!
It's what you pay for
A once in a lifetime experience. Sleeping in a capsule seems odd. Maybe it is odd. But it's more than just the rather comfortable capsules themselves. You also have a public bathing room with sauna and a relaxation area. It's very japanese and not for people who don't want to try something different (but then japan wasn't a good destination either). I thought it was a great experience.
Staff is very limited in their english. Luckily the other guests are very helpfull with explaining things.
Clean and tidy living environment
A typical capsule hotel -- an good place to sleep one night while traveling. A receptionist was instent to explain all rules and customs of capsule hotels in English...
The hotel is inside a block, so it isn't so straightforward to find it from main streets.
