Score from 27 reviews Very good
Very nice place, Friendly people, good service.
The decor, the facilities, their care of details .... It is relatively close to anywhere by being 2 minutes walk to "minta" station... Very tranquil place and environment, but only 15 minutes away from all the buzzzz....
It is located close to couple of metro stations from where you can easly get anywhere
Hotel is very outdated for the money you pay. The furniture in our "premium" room was from 70th and partially destroyed. Room is very small, bathroom is extrenly small and old. reception people hardly spoke any english.
Quiet area Comfortable room
Rooms are quite small.
Very efficient check in and check out, rooms have everything one needs for one or a few nights (however they are relatively small, in line with Japanese standards). Fast and stable Internet connection. Good bed.
Not really convenient for public transport. The closest rail station is quite a walk away (Tamachi station). There is a subway station nearby but it is inconvenient in case one has suitcases to carry. Not much dining and shopping in the close neighborhood.
-the wonderful room view -the staff politeness -the easy access to Mita line metro -the reasonable price for this accomondation
Great location, being close to central Tokyo, whilst not in a noisy area. Well connected to JR train lines and the subway. The hotel rooms were impeccable and very quiet.
The buffet breakfast was expensive for what was on offer and food seemed to run out quickly.
Good breakfast Reasonable size rooms Friendly helpful staff Good wifi
Nice staff, decent room, good view. Also well connected to the centre and many sites.
Clean rooms, friendly staff
Rooms are small for European standard, yet affordable
Friendly and very helpful staff Location in the city and the closeness to the Subway and train station
Nothing I can think of!
-large rooms (by Tokyo standards) -comfortable and clean -excellent 14th floor coffee room (free) -very reasonably priced -easy access to subway -many restaurants nearby -very good supermarket (across the street in a parallel road)
Breakfast buffet has a very good selection of both European and Japanese food
the hotel staff is pretty friendly and the hotel is beautiful with a nice view
Excellent location near two subway stations and one JR station
a bit small room
the room is too small , no gym, no siwmming pool
The hotel guest lounge was wonderful.
The room was a bit small
The hotel was very nice, especially for the price. In Tokyo, the rooms are usually very small but we had enough space. In fact, it was quite large for Japanese standards. It is close enough to the subway station, so you can travel to nearby places to visit as a tourist, even if they aren't right outside your doorstep. We had a fantastic view of Tokyo.
The bed is firm, in the style of many beds here in Japan. I prefer a softer bed. But it was still comfortable enough.
There were not enough places to eat or shop around the hotel.
Love the quietness and the guest linge on the 14th floor. It was great to lounge and sip complimentary coffee or tea and enjoy the roof garden to unwind.
Upon arrival we were greeted politely and our luggage was attended to right away. The hotel lobby is clean and used by locals as a business meeting point. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. For Japanese standards I would even say the room (including bathroom) were spacious. The free in-room Wifi was easy to connect to and reasonably fast in speed.
Rooms too small
The cleanliness of the hotel was much better than expected. The friendliness and politeness of the staff were outstanding
The bar did not open during the weekends. The restaurant did not have a single vegetarian option.
the terrace where u can relax
the location of the hotel. Not close to any restaurants or shops without a 10 minute walk
I liked everything about this hotel...
only drawback was the rooms were genuinely small..
