Location is good, a short walk to both subway and railway stations. Free breakfast.
No restaurant or cafe in the hotel, although there are lots with ink walking distance
Guest Lounge and 24 hour coffee service Pay computer Several restaurants in the same building Nice neighbourfood
the service at the reception, the support regarding questions about the city was poor.
Clean hotel, good location with good access to metro station. Very rich and tasty breakfasts, very kind staff, helping you with sightseeing planning.
Nothing to complain about.
The facilities were clean and orderly. Located in office areas so very quiet at night. Near subway and train station. Breakfast selection was good.
The bed was not very comfortable as it has seen its better days. Staff was very helpful even if some did not speak English well so it was prone to misunderstanding.
Everything about our stay was top quality, friendly, kindly and professional. It was a lovely haven in a very busy exciting city for foreign tourists on their first visit to Tokyo
Friendly staff Good location, 10 min from JR Nice and confortable bed Internet Nice view 14th floor
Room a little smal Food quite expensive
The hotel is clean and comfortable. We stayed for our honeymoon trip and received an extra small gift which is really sweet. The hotel provides free coffee and tea in the lounge. We really enjoyed our stay. It is very convenient to get to the Haneda airport.
The breakfast is very pricey.. It is in the business area so there are not too many food places around. But about 5 mins walk, you can easily get to the mita station where there are plenty of food places.
Closeness to subway, roof garden area, lounge with free coffee
The view from the room, especially at night, was amazing. I only stayed one night but it was incredible. Highly recommend the symphony tokyo bay cruise nearby.
There was nothing I did not like.
It was our first trip to Japan and we didn't know what to expect especially because you see so many reviews saying the rooms are tiny. It was actually the perfect size for both of us and we aren't exactly small. The bed was comfy and fit us both. I loved there was a little sitting area with a mirror by the window to get ready or sit with your laptop. We also used the couch and desk to eat when we brought food in. Our view you could see the entire city and Mt Fuji in the distance. The hotel was walking distance to food marts and the Japan Rail. Overall we agreed we would definitely stay here again.
Great service Great staff
Slightly small rooms, but that's normal in Tokyo
The service is excellent. The hotel is very comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast is rich and the selection is varied. The hotel bar is elegant and offers first rate service and a good variety.
The closest train station is about 8 minutes away on foot.
Location is good and out of busy areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya. Nice area in a business district. Close to several metro stations.
Breakfast is not worth.
Location, facilities, cleanliness, politeness of staff, value for money
+ good location + good services + nice Lounge
- No room service after 21-00 - All the restaurants & bars open until 21-00 - There is no other place to eat or drink nearby – just office area
Location and views were excellent
Expensive to eat in the restaurant
Loved the quality of the rooms and all the amenities.
Close to shiba koen metro station. Toiletries. Doutor cafe in close proximity for breakfast. A few convenience stores around. Good wifi in the room. Adaptor for socket was also provided
Room a bit small
Excellent staff and very good location.
Nice hotel, and an excelent location for people who like to explore Tokyo. An office and bank zone, very quiet at night. Mita line -metro subway- is 20 meters away. And so is Yamamote Line -train; very convenient is you want to use your JR Pass-. The bathroom is wide, so the bed and the room itself. Free coffee at the 14th floor. And free wifi into the rooms, and also at the coffee area and the reception. Lovely staff.
Money change at the reception is not dayly updated. And they do not accept any amount over 300€. But it is a small small thing. It is a great hotel - this was my second stay in two years-.
not good location....nothing.... better stay in Shinjiku
quiet, big (by Japanese standard), clean...above the standard.
still somewhat expensive, given that nothing is complementary to the stay. The reason I came here again was actually the room I stayed for the first time was impressively bigger. This time it is not as big. I still think if I had a chance, I would experiment another hotel to see what others have to offer.
Convenient location near Mita and Shibakoen subway stations, Tokyo station is within a 20-min walking range
Decent rooms, tad small but that's pretty common in Tokyo. Bathroom was decent, not the small plastic 2 m2 type often encountered.
Could tell (well: smell) the non-smoking rooms used to be smoking. Not overly disturbing but still.
