A 1-minute walk from Yokosuka-Chuo Train Station, Central Hotel features basic rooms with free wired internet and a restaurant. It’s close to shops and restaurants, and free Wi-Fi is available at the lobby café. Simply but functionally furnished, each air-conditioned room at Hotel Central has an LCD TV, a personal fridge and an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Central Hotel is a few minutes’ walk from the city’s nostalgic shopping streets, and 25 minutes by train and walk from Yokosuka Stadium. Haneda Airport is 50 minutes by train from Yokosuka-Chuo Train Station. Mikasa Park is about a 10-minute drive from the hotel. Boats offering access to Sarushima Island, which has a marine park as well as swimming, fishing and camping facilities, are about a 20-minute drive away. On-site parking is available at the hotel at an extra charge, and a reservation is required. The hotel features a free-use internet PC and a hairdresser, while a limited number of routers is available for free Wi-Fi in the room. I like the efficient way the room was laid out, the gracious, friendly staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the easy access to train, food and shopping The only thing i would ask for is the choice to save energy by conserving the daily laundering of towels and sheets.
