View from my room.

Our room smelled like smoke - although we asked for a non smoking room.

We enjoy the service and attitude of their staff, and they can speak a little English, that will help a lot.

The body spa are only for ladies.

this is my second time staying at this hotel. very nice location. only hundred metres from Shibuya station. you can get around pretty much everywhere. Rooms are spacious and very clean.

staff at the reception desk is quite cold. this is the only thing i do not like about this hotel

Great service and amazing location and views

Very good standard of friendly helpful staff. Plenty of choice for dining, with good standards of food in all. Clean hotel and bedrooms, with superb views. Exceptional clean pool facilities etc. Good location with facility of underground parking for visiting customers

Location is just perfect - several minutes both to jr (including Narita express) and major subway lines. Hotel starts on 19-th floor so noise from the never-ending Shibuya is not an issue. Breakfast is pretty good but also somewhat pricey. Staff both on the counter and for city information were very helpful. Hotel manages to establish very decent service despite of pretty big number of guests they handle.

You should be ready that there is no WiFi in the hotel and/or in the lobby, Internet is available only via Ethernet cable from the room and is not free. This is really minor thing with all the other advantages

The staff were really wonderful. For an additional 4500Y we opted to take the Executive Floor which meant free internet, breakfast in Executive Club included (yummy super crispy bacon) and cocktails - lovely wine and nibbles in the evening. It also provided us with a room on the 34th floor with panoramic views. So totally worth it. I really recommend this hotel in terms of its location, the comfort of the rooms - very spacious; super-comfortable beds and such helpful staff. My daughter thought it was fabulous too. Not inexpensive but totally worth it, in my opinion. Highly recommended. Especially handy for transportation links for rest of Tokyo and shopping in Shibuya. Also bus to Narita airport direct from hotel an bonus for only 3000Y - no schleping of luggarge to Narita express train.

From my point of view it was good. It would have been nice if my 15 year old daughter could have used the fitness room especially the pool but there was it was limited to over 18-years of age only.

It's very convenient for people who would like to shopping in Shibuya. Comfortable rooms if you choose the higher floor, you could have a splendid Fuji Mountain view. Japanese style breakfast is great!

Too bad to not having free wifi or cable internet. :( Otherwise everything is within my expectation.

Me ha gustado mucho la ubicación del hotel y las impresionantes vistas que teníamos desde la habitación. Estábamos alojados en la planta 32 en una habitación que hacía esquina y podíamos ver la Tokyo Tower iluminada por la noche. El personal era extremadamente atento y amable y el hotel es una chulada. La habitación era muy amplia y cómoda.

El precio era un poco elevado con respecto a lo que pagamos por otro hotel de categoría similar en el centro de Tokyo. Tampoco me ha gustado que para poder usar la piscina o el wifi hubiese que pagar un plus.
