Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel

El hotel está en una zona céntrica y muy animada, y además está muy cerca de la estacion JR de Shibuya y del metro. Las vistas desde la habitación eran espectaculares. Lujoso.

Un poco caro pero merece la pena.

Right next to the Shibuya shopping district. Excellent City View from the sky rooms in the tower. Clean, modern, comfortable, everthing works, silent aircondition, practical bath room, electronic toilett as usual in Asia, good taxi availability.

Prices in the hotel for Food, Drinks, Orange jus, etc.,are way to high compared with the prices you pay in Shibuya right next door. I don't like that there is no free of charge Lobby you can meet and relax. Yes, there are tables and chairs in the Lobby, but you have to consume something (16 USD for 3 dl Orange Jus, FX:August 2010) if you want to sit there.

We stayed at this hotel for a grand total of 11 nights (originally we booked for ten, but we arranged a further day when we had to cancel our Mount Fuji expedition.) Although the room was excellent (they give you three choices of pillow, a very large, comfortable bed - and a superb, spacious wet room in the bathroom), the service level was really the icing on the cake. We chose this hotel for the Tokyo portion of our honeymoon, and to be honest, I'm sorry we did not stay longer. The hotel's concierge service was nothing short of fantastic - and with their help, we had all our train tickets booked before we even set foot in Japan (this was especially useful, as we were planning to travel during O-bon week.) The view (32nd floor) was amazing.

The hotel charges about 1050 yen (about ten euros) for 24 hours of internet access, which is expensive (for the price you pay, it should be included), and you can only buy from 12pm-11:59am, which complicates things. Additionally, their internet service does not work with VoIP (we tried our Sipgate client, which did work at other Japanese hotels.) Their laundry service is also very expensive - although to be fair, the concierge have a map, which they will give out on request, showing the location of the nearest coin-operated laundry, which is about a 10- minute walk away. Breakfast for two is also about 60 euros, which was expensive for the one day we tried it (we usually ate breakfast in our room.) The pool and gym were also very expensive.

The view over Tokyo, the excellent Airport Bus Shuttle service and the location near Shibuya crossing and nice nightlife spots of Tokyo.

The bar is quite expensive... but the view is superb.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel. The staff were very helpful and very polite and our room was very comfortable, especially the bed. Would be happy to come here again.

I am very happy with my hotel choice. Cerulean tower is a great hotel, close to shibuya station and just one station away from Harajuku and Omotesando. The employees are very kind and helpful. They have many restaurants, a jazz club, fitness club and beauty saloons and a 7 eleven in the hotel, so if you are tired to go out, you will have enough choice to eat there. I will stay there again in my next trip to tokyo.

location near shibuya metro station, nice lobby, shuttle bus to the airport every hour till 5:00 PM,very useful concierge and the quickest chick-in ever

it give u the feeling its more toward business people not average tourist, for average tourist i recommend Tokyu excel hotel shibuya

The hotel staff, from Front Desk Manager to Housekeeping, are very helpful and professional. They tried their best to provide the best available service to meet our needs immediately when I called them. It was very very nice experience for my family stay in this hotel.

Cerulean Tower Tokyo is so perfectly located, right in Shubuya. Staff and ammenities were faultless.

We enjoyed the thoroughly professional staff who assisted us with all aspects of our stay, as well as the cracking views and central location. We have already recommended the Cerulean to our friends and would happily stay there again on our next trip to Tokyo.

It is odd, although perhaps normal for Tokyo, that there is a charge to use the hotel facilities such as the pool.

large room, bathroom and bed for a hotel in tokyo. we had a corner room. great views. excellent location next to shibuya station and shopping. very efficient check-in and out service.
