Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel  

Me ha gustado especialmente la ubicación y sobre todo el trato muy amable, profesional del personal. Todo el personal es muy amable y atento sobre todo la Señora Yomara. Es una grandísima profesional, siempre atenta en la atención hacia el cliente. Fantástica. Por otro lado la ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, cerquita de la estación de trenes y metro de shibuya. Se lo recomiendo a todos.

es inaudito que en tokyo en el año 2011 un hotel de 4 estrellas y de semejante magnitud no tenga internet ni siquiera en el loby, por otro lado se lo ve como demasiado pensado como hotel de negocios , podria estar mas elegantemente puesto y esta ubicado en una zona predominantemente de jovenes , negocios de ropa y restaurantes

The biggest asset of Cerulean Tower was its location and accessibility; it was a short stroll to the station and to the centre of the hubbub that is Shibuya, yet the moment you stepped into the hotel, it was nothing but tranquility and elegance (the lobby was lovely) The rooms were spacious and well-kept, with excellent views of the city.The bathroom was very nice, with a bathtub great for a soak after a long day of trekking around the city.Since we were staying for a long time, we were given complimentary chocolates and champagne each week, which was definitely a sweet touch. Staff were generally very helpful and timely, although some were not nearly as fluent in English as one would expect from such a hotel. During our stay we only sampled one of the restaurants, the Garden Lounge on the lobby - the breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious (my compatriot annihilated the crispy bacon), the dinner menu was standard yet satisfying, but what was best were the cake selection (Tokyo is renown for the widespread adoration for cakes and desserts), definitely worth a try. All in all, Cerulean Tower delivered to the extent that a five-star hotel should in almost all fronts, providing a generally wonderful experience.

The pillows on the bed were a bit hard, but there were regular (Posturepedic?) ones in the warderobe, so it was not a huge issue. As people have mentioned before, there is no free Wi-Fi, which is almost an expected service these days, especially for a five-star place in futuristic Tokyo. Moreover, there were also entry fees for the gym and pool, another disappointing point.

- Perfect Location - Extremely convenient using the Limousine Bus service from / to the airport - Cleanliness of the room - Knowing we were coming from HK, a HK plug adapter was ready in the room...

- Asking to pay to access the gym facilities ! - No wireless in the room - Ethernet cable not compatible with recent Mac computer (so asked to use the business center) - Despite the "Do Not Disturb", someone entered our room. - No Free Bottle of water

It's very convenient for people who would like to shopping in Shibuya. Comfortable rooms if you choose the higher floor, you could have a splendid Fuji Mountain view. Japanese style breakfast is great!

Too bad to not having free wifi or cable internet. :( Otherwise everything is within my expectation.

Great view on the city, great service, great location, 10mn walking distance from Shibuya shopping malls, 5mn walking distance from Shibuya metro station

Very nice rooms, very spacious for Japan. Hotel is in a fantastic position, close to Shabuya station and many good restaurants and shops. Had a wonderful stay for 4 days.

Steamed up window ruined view all ammenities including tv cost extra coffee was12 pounds

The pay channel activation on tv is Japanese on the screen. The guest whop can not read Japanese activates pay channel and pay extra without any warning.

Big, comfotable room and bathroom. Ver well situated close to the lively and interesting area of Shibuya and close to the station.

I would have liked a lobby bar. The elegant lobby cafe was not exactly the same thing and also expensive, which goes for all the restaurants in the hotel.

I loved the upgrade to the executive suite.The room and view was outstanding as were the staff..It was the perfect start to my brief holiday in the amazing country of Japan,
