- to have to pay for tea bags on the room - to have to pay extra for the average gym - to have to pay extra for the wifi - the decor was average - not a 5 star hotel
Location is amazing and the hotel is large with many facilities.
The hotel felt dated. The room design was uninspired and the bed was too firm. No international TV at all. Restaurant food was expensive and not very good.
Great view from lvl 25, room on corner so both shinjuku view and Fuji view were attainable. Bathroom great. Housekeeping was great.
Lobby cafe was an absolute joke - $14aud for a rubbish coffee... Aircon minimum temp 20deg Celsius in rooms was a bit annoying (wanted cooler). That's all though. Great experience.
Great location. Lobby sets the tone for the stay - classy and unfussy and full of extremely helpful staff. Room was perfect - great layout, comfortable beds and excellent view
Great staff - From front desk, reception, concierge, housekeeping, everyone was just so courteous and willing to help Location - 5 min walk from Shibuya crossing and Hatchiko statue,a Tokyo highlight Rooms - We didn't sleep anywhere as good as this place during our entire stay in Japan. The lay-out was perfect for a family with kids, and the amenities provided were sufficient. I asked for an international adaptor and an iron; It came within 30 secs!
Quite expensive for what it is. Ok for business. Staff at front desk were quite rude bit concierge were helpful.
Too expensive and not so nice
Room size, city and sky views, location, friendly staff
I like this hotel the location is very good
Front desk staff they need to be more helpfull I did note see any smile from any one from them during my stay .
I was so disappointed the first night I saw our hotel room. I expected more due to some of the good reviews I've read and the price of the room. But unfortunately, the room to me looked small and very average. No complimentary bottles of water in the room and no free wi-fi which are basic necessities in at least a 4star hotel, carpet looks kind of dirty too. For the price we paid for (about US$ 310/ night), this hotel is definitely not worth the price.
location, friendly service/staff, selection of places to eat, comfortable bed,
restriction of tour options at short notice, no instant coffee and milk in room.
10 minutes walk from Shibuya station, lot of restaurants and bars in vicinity. Confortable rooms with amazing view
Location; very versatile breakfast (Western style); big bathroom; very quiet room; even paying for Internet is fair enough because the quality of wireless is excellent; staff is fluent in English
The front desk service, location
to pay for wifi
Great location at Shibuya and close to Shibuya train station.
Expensive food and required to pay for internet access.
Quality of service and staff, view of the rooms and wonderful location!
We had a great stay Location is everything and you certainly have the right location.Would highly recommend Cerulean Tower when staying in (Shibuya)Tokyo.Linda Allan & Sam Gold Coast Australia
Location Room View (from 31st Floor)
No free WIFI No free coffee/tea making facilities (400 JPN to brew a cup of coffee in the room - come on, at a hotel with these rates this is annoying and so much not okay)
Charge for the fitness centre
We were upgraded when the hotel knew we were celebrating our anniversary; but then on the last day we stayed they downgraded us to a smaller room which made us feel so uncomfortable.
Wifi is charged, restaurants are not really nice compare to other hotels we stayed in, staff very busy and can't understand us; the most irritating thing is when we were leaving we asked about how to go to Haneda airport, the staff told us there is a shuttle bus downstairs, but then we realised it charges twice as much as subway but twice the length of time - felt very mistreated
The view over Tokyo is incredible and the hotel was right in the middle of Shibuya so it was a really convenient location.
Breakfast was really expensive (we had to go elsewhere for breakfast every morning). WIFI and pool facilities weren't included in our package which was a bit disappointing.
The service, the executive lounge and the views of Mount Fuji ...
Can't find anything to complain.
I considered all facets of the property to be first class. I look forward to my next stay and would highly recommend the hotel to others.
Location near to Shibua Station
You have to pay for using the gym which is too small. In room tea bags or coffee cups are charged ( never seen in any hotel world wide) Wifi is also charged. You have to line for 20 minutes for breakfast.
No free wi-fi
