    Room space is too small

There is no direct bus / train connection to the hotel, you have to walk about 20 minutes from JR Takamatsu station. Take a taxi, it´s only about 700 Yen and saves you quite some stress. The personal was neither friendly nor unfriendly. The rooms were really small and mine did not have an air conditioner. Also, the walls were very thin and I could hear my neighbours talking all night. No breakfast!

Even though the staff didn't speak any english, they were always very polite and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near Takamatsu JR station and a 5 minutes walk to the city arcades.

As everywhere in Japan, don't expect the rooms to be large.

The room was very large and spacious, with counters to set out all my things - PC, etc. The bed was super comfortable, not too firm, not too soft. The bathroom was good, with space to set out my things, plus good, hot water, plenty of water pressure. I especially enjoyed the large room, to move around in and the comfortable bed!

The carpet was not so clean, just needs to be replaced. But it was okay.

Despite no English from the staff, we fixed everything, internet worked ace.

A little bit tricky to find, not so convenient placed. I requested a bike to travel with, but there were none. :-(

The free bike hire was great. Staff were very kind and helpful, they let me leave my bag and take the bike out even though I arrived too early to check in. Good value for money and close to central Takamatsu and the port. It's also safe and secure.

The building and corridors are a bit bare and devoid of character.

The staff, although they couldn't speak English, we're very helpful.

It was difficult to find as there was no English signage at all on the building and the entry is in a side street

Typical business hotel in Japan. Worth the price.

Common area a little bit dirty.

Convenient store around the corner. 10 minutes walk from Takamatsu Castle ruins. Vending machine at 1st floor, kettle and green tea in room.

25 minutes walk from JR Takamatsu station, no bus stop in the proximity. Old style room. Staff doesn't speak English. No restaurant close to the hotel

We knew that staff doesn't speak english, but service was very pleasant. I could use my VISA card to pay for the stay.

We ordered non-smoking rooms, but we could feel the smell of smoke. We were tired and arrived very late, so we didn't asked to change rooms.

    Fairly inexpensive.

Close to "red-light-district". No WiFi!! Messy hotel.
