Chisun Hotel Kobe  

1) When I first stepped into the non-smoking room, it was like as though someone had just smoked in that room. I was given a can of spray by the reception to spray the room myself. 2) Although the toilet was clean, there was a perpetual pungent smell. 3) Free wifi was indicated in booking.com. However, the hotel does not provide its own wifi facilities. It depended on the free Softbank available throughout Japan and our phones do not have such feature. To upload, you need to pay..so where is the free wifi? Felt shortchanged on this as during my last 3 days in Japan, I was cut out from the internet world.

There was no WiFi in the hotel!? Wery bad! Have done my complains to Booking.com to change the discription of the hotel..

Very near to train and bus station, actually it has the underground passage connect to subway. In the middle of the town. Easy to going out anywhere. Staff is polite. 7-11 at ground floor.

Staff's english is poor. Only heater avaliable in the room, no air condition - if it's getting hot you have to turn the heater off or open the windows.

No wifi at all!!!, 2 really old pc in the lobby (10 min 100yen) with strange keyboard. Staff can not really speak/understand English. Stinking corridors from smoker rooms.

It's nearer to JR Kobe Station, 7-11 store and supermarket. ^ - ^

Enough English spoken by staff to get by, room size decent. Don't know why everyone's crying about there being no wi-fi, don't leave home if you can't live without facebook.

Stains on carpet and duvet in my room, duvet was also not big enough to cover me, I'm only 178cm tall. Staff not as friendly as in other guesthouses I stayed at but that's to be expected in a city centre hotel.

Very clean, pretty easy to find walking from station, kind staff. Room is small if you are used to American hotels, but fine if you do not require a lot of space. Japanese sized bath might be difficult for very tall people. Green tea and hot water pot in room. Good view. Conbini on first floor.

Despite saying wireless throughout, that is in fact if you have a SoftBank account and are Japanese. We weren't able to acess the Internet a all, and when we informed the staff they didn't understand and weren't kind enough to give us free access to the desktop pc, but would let us pay 100 yen for ten minutes!

Centrally located, well-connected to a pedestrian walkway circuit that leads to most sights in the city center.

Staff are not warm and accommodating, not even a smile to welcome a tired guest. They still had me wait at the lobby for 40 minutes to check me in at exactly 3pm although the hotel was not really fully-booked.

The room was very well presented, the location was great and the price was excellent. Also of note were the cheap in-room movies.

There was no wifi in the hotel despite it saying so on booking.com and on the hotel website.

Provided a comfortable stay. Superior single room on 9th floor. Clean linen and bedding, refrigerator and air conditioning good, elevators efficient (two). Bathtub satisfactory but provided with two sets of towels.

Need to initiate or request options (i.e. breakfast coupon necessary for buffet).

Claims free wifi but this is not available for tourists. Staff didn't understand me let alone show any concern about this. Computers were available in the lobby, however, all your money is used up on it freezing (of the 10 minutes 7 were frozen) although it's no suprise as they do look like they came out ib 1995. The bathroom is really shabby- think portable potty standards. We got a proper double room and it was tiny (unlike the 7 other hotels we stayed in across Japan). Stay away!

Location is excellent, just in front of the main train station.

I made a reservation for non-smoking room but the room i've got is smell like it's a smoking room. There's no wifi in the hotel and the paid internet at the lobby is terrible.

地点非常好，紧挨着JR神户站，交通便利，楼下有7-11，旁边还有一家大型超市。

Proximité gare et port

Pc payant dans l'entrée (200 yen les 10 minutes) - donc je ne l'ai pas utilisé. Matelas dur et oreiller bourré de billes d'argile (très japonais tout ça). Un tantinet bruyant la nuit à cause d'une moto, mais une fois cet engin parti j'ai bien dormi.

很喜欢酒店外面那条充满香樟气味的小道，旁边就有一个寺庙，很有味道的感觉。打心底喜欢神户这个城市，羡慕- 那里的人们如此缓慢又悠闲的生活节奏。酒店周围环境很安静，酒店大厅很大气，也很有情调，灯光颜色都是温馨- 的暖色调。里面与外面看起来是两种境界。房间仍然一应俱全。楼下有便利店，很方便。

酒店感觉有些年份了，窗户打不开这点稍微有点恼火。其它还好

雖然設備稍舊但齊全且乾淨，價格也很超值。

公共交通機関（阪急高速線、ＪＲ、市営地下鉄）に近くて非常に利便性がいい。
