This property is located just by the subway station and hence is very convenient! The rooms are clean and comfortable and is almost identical to the Citadines Shinjuku (the location of which was less convenient). Good value for money!
We asked the reception for help in navigating around Kyoto and one of the staff on duty was curt and unfriendly. I cannot help but compare with the Citadines in Melbourne where the staff on duty were absolutely delightful, making one feel at home.
Clean , good facilities, friendly and helpful staff
The pillows were too soft for my liking
The location of the hotel was one stop at gojo station from Kyoto station by subway. This was very easy to get around. One you exit using the Nth exit it was an easy few minutes walk straight down the street from the exit. There were very good little food eateries and a seven eleven adjacent to the hotel.
The bed was hard. There was only one pillow but they did provide a second when I asked. The room was smaller than Citadens at Shinjuku but still ok. Otherwise all ok.
Room size; comfort;Good english skill of employer
Location is very good, next to subway station Gojo st exit 1. Also new to bus stops for buses going to Gion , Kyoto station, Arashiyama and Golden Pavilion. Hotel room is very clean and rather spacious by Japan standard. Coin operated laundry and dryer is available at basement . Eateries are closed by.
we found Kyoto quite difficult to get around and although it is close to Kyoto main station everything else is pretty far away, especially considering the bad traffic in the area. We had to get the bus everywhere from here (luckily the bus system is excellent). the apartment was fairly spacious but quite worn.
Kitchen was useful as we made breakfast in the mornings. Staff were useless at recommendations and just told us to visit restaurants and bars next to the hotel which didn't look great.
Staff, location and comfort, really good place
Nothing it was all good
Comfortable and roomy, top condition and clean. Good location
- Excellent location - Big and well appointed room - Very helpful staff - Good sleep quality - Very competitive price
English speaking staff. Very friendly.
I'm satisfied with the kitchen in the room. Forks, spoons, glasses and every other things are provided in a clean condition. You can cook dinner/lunch yourself or heaten milk and make toast with the machine as breakfast. Location is good but not close to any must-see spots. The hotel is next to gojo subway station. But for me, bus is a better option in this city.
Nothing at all
The staff was extremely helpful and the room was comfortable.
It is a bit far from Kyoto Station. We walked with our bags (on wheels), but we should have used the subway or taken a taxi instead. If you're OK using the subway one stop from Kyoto, there's no problem.
I loved the room layout. So much of space for everything. Kitchen, wash area etc. Fantastic.
There's nothing negative about this room.
Location to station Cleanliness Spacious Fully equipped kitcheN Coin laundry facilities
Pillow was almost flat, very uncomfortable Smokers take note: Need to corss the road to 711 store to do so.
room, bed, cleanliness
staff's knowledge of certain stuff
A great option, central, close to subway. Apartment style room, so you can stay home if you wish.
Spacious rooms Next to subway station, close to Kyoto station and on key bus lines. Friendly and helpful staff
The room was very comfortable especially the bed, friendly staff and quiet surrounding
Location and quality of hotel. Good sized rooms which were well equipped.
Perfectly clean Stylish Location Helpful staff Value
Was really perfect
Best hotel we stayed at so far in Japan! Just go there and enjoy!!!!
Nice location and service. And near small supermarket and 7-11. However, we still can enjoy the quiet enviornment.
If we have big luggages, we need to take to far entrance with subway because of elevators. If possible, a shuttle between hotel & Kyoto station is better.
