Clean and nice convenient when traveling by train
1. pleasant breakfast as well as good facility 2. convenience store inside hotel building
Hot water of shower was unstable in temperature and water power
Very near from many famous and really good places and the staff are really good
Because I'm used to living in Japan, there isn't a bad thing about it
This hotel located just in front of the train and bus station. And staff can speak english and very helpful.
The room little bit small ( i stayed in Double bed room) for 2 people and baggages.
It is very close to the train station, just across the street, so it is very convenient if you are arrivinh in Takayama by train.
Our room was very very small, we did not have enough room for 3 peaces of luggage, and it was not very clean. The wifi did not work in the room.
Mainly the location which was a bonus.Takayama is the place to visit and just being in walking distance to shops and eating and historical streets was so convenient.
The room and bathroom was the smallest we had experienced. Very hard to communicate with staff. Room very stuffy and no air conditioning.
Great location.Neart train & bus stations & main attractions.
good location but room very small. But everything just fine.
Nice and clean rooms. Not too big but more than good enough for us. Very conveniently located close to the train station and all sightseeing within walking distance of the hotel. Convenience store below the hotel is a nice plus.
I found it very convenient. It was nice and clean and comfortable for one person.
I have been booking my accommodation for one person as I was a Solo traveller. When I arrived the booking showed 2 people. I don't know why but the woman behind the counter was quite upset with me. Almost to the point of wanting me to produce the second person because my booking said "2". I could not just make someone appear. If it was my fault Im sorry but she needs find a different way of dealing with that situation.
The location was very good so near the railway and the sights of Takayama.
My husband and I were in a twin room, which was fine as we were in the hotel only one night, but my bed was so hard that I could not sleep on it. And there seemed to be some sort of machine that made a droning noise most of the night. The bed caused my back and left shoulder muscle pain to flare up.
I liked that since it was our first time to Takayama that the hotel was just across the train station and above a convenience store.
very very convenient from the station
Location is super: in front of the JR station, next to a small supermarket.
Rooms are very small and no non-smoking rooms available (sold out). No WiFi.
Right in front of the train station.
Small Rooms, worn carpet.
Good location as it is opposite the train and bus terminal. Convenient store is just right below the hotel. The hotel is very clean.
The hotel room is extremely small
Location is opposite Takayama station. Convenient store on the ground floor.
I booked economy twin room the room is quite small. can't open 2 luggages in the same time.
The hotel is in very good location, literally right opposite the train station and bus terminal.
No wifi service
Great location opposite the JR Train station
close to JR Takayama
Room looks very old.
near train station
The hotel is just across the road from the train station. Perfect! It is right next to the Family Mart convenience store where you can buy carry out breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is an easy walk to many of the sites in town.
The hotel had NO wifi and the wifi at the Family Mart down stairs was not accessible to non Japanese and even the young fellow at the counter could not figure it out. The cable TV was only in Japanese language.
