Air condition did not work. We had 2 rooms and both rooms the air condition did not work. Would caution other travelers to check the air condition first before agreeing to stay there.

Good location near the Hakata station and Canal City. Friendly and very helpful staff. Rooms and beds were comfortable and of a good size for one person.

Breakfast was a good selection, but not so good in western choices. Maybe a selection of cereals would help - don't want to sound negative as this is a hotel in Japan!

Location is perfect: 5 minutes walk from Hakata JR station and 10 minute walk from the city center, very good breakfast.

The bathroom was very tiny.

great location; you can easily access to either Hakata station and Tenjin downtown. Economic price; it was small but you can have bed and hot water with no problem at this price.

hope to use wifi in a room for free. they advertise to lend a router for connecting wifi in a room but it seems they didn't have enough so they always said all routers were out.

I book for semi-double bed room, but they upgrade to 2 single bed room for free of charge.

They give us router internet wifi for free of charge, but cannot excess at our room. We just use free wifi at lobby area.

Good service

The location to the train station was perfect it was close to the Canal City shopping area and 15 minutes walk from the Tenjin area. I liked the room with the Wifi and tv.

They should provide more than just one tea-bag in the room. It would nice to have a few cups in the evening and morning too.

The location was convenient and price was agreeable.

Our room was smelly from pipes and the beds were uneven due to long wear and tear.

good staff and service. It is located near tourist attraction just one minute by walk. It also has portable wi-fi for tourist to use in this hotel. Moreover, this hotel is very clean and delicious breakfast. I would like to recommend this hotel to other tourists who looking for outstanding performance hotel.

This is out of their hand. Sometimes, no signal of my softbank phone inside the room.

-Cheap price. -Locating on a main road straight from the Hakata Station. -There are :- one cheap Gyudon bar, two convenient stores, and one big shopping mall nearby

-Too far to walk from the station, especially for those with baggages or when it rains. -Location is hard to find and dull at night for a first time visitor. -There are few local food shops around. -The bathroom is narrow, though the bedroom space is acceptable.

Excellent location about 10 minute walk to the Hakata train station. Also close to Canal City.

Good location. Very near Canal City.

Thankfully only spent one night. Room window had no view of sky, just blank wall. Very noisy with people talking and slamming doors till after midnight. Ambiance gloomy and depressing.

Small room in very old building that has not been renovated. Linens are also very old.

Very well located , within walking distance of many attractions. The room was an ok size and what I expected in Japan.
