The hotel room was really nice, clean and comfortable. The bathroom too (clean), which is important. The location is excellent, near Dotombori's action and shopping up north. And the hotel is only a few minutes walk from Namba station, which is a connection point. A plus is a functioning luggage storing room. I would definately stay here again!

I left my bag in hotel. The staff helped me to find it and carried it to train station for me. They were very kindly and friendly in all process. I love this hotel and its service.

very centrally located in Dotombori area of Osaka. Walking distance to great food and shopping. Easy subway and train connections close by. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Location was perfect, if you get out from the right exit of the subway station, literally it took 3 minutes. Bathroom & amenities were superb - spacious and comfortable. After staying at other 2 hotels during the trip, my husband and I found the staff (particularly the one who assisted us during the check in) was kind of rude - according to the very friendly and polite. I guess her strong English accent had made her think that she worked in a western country that didn't require the Japanese manner. When was asked for a map, she didn't even bother to explain where we were and nearest subway etc. What a pity.

The helpful staff at reception The ambience The location The wet room: As I stepped out of the bath onto the towelling mat, it slipped and I fell heavily onto the shower controls. I probably have a fractured rib. I will know on Tuesday when I get the x-ray results. We arrived early but could not register until 2 pm. In fact it was about 5 pm as we went sightseeing in Osaka. It would have been nice to settle into our room first, as we were able to do in Singapore

The rooms were large and comfortable. There was a great stereo in the room with an ipod docking station. The internet was free and had the option of both wired and wireless. The hotel was in a fantastic location. There is a direct train from Namba station to Kansai Airport (Osaka's main airport), and takes about 50 minutes. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff could have been a little friendlier.
