Most of the staff cant speak proper english. My credit card was screwed up by them. I was using a prepaid credit card for my entire japan trip. For some reason, my credit card wasnt accepted by their machine and then they tried to call their bank to verify it. My money was then withheld in the middle and i was charged twice the amount. The hotel didnt receive any payment from my credit card and my available balance was reduced. They created such a chao to me. I need to pay them all my cash at the end and i cant access to my fund from my credit card due to low balance....today is my last day in japan and my money still stuck in the middle. Feel very upset about what has been happened...seriously they need to have more training about english as they claimed themselves as a 5 star hotel.

Eco cleaning provides you with the option not to change beddings and sheets in exchange for shopping coupon; that's a win-win situation for the environment and gaining a shopping experience. The design for the coffee bags are extremely interesting. Rooms are consider good size in Japan with this budget.

like the location. It's a clean hotel. Room size is also good. Internet/wifi access good.

It happened that my ordering was lost. I felt very disappointed. Although it is a side service as courtesy, however, advance emails were sent to Hotel for full informed and also reply from Hotel that staffs already noted and aware of that, finally it still happened that I didn't get my ordering.

Hot baths

Cross is about 5 minutes away from JR Sapporo station. The location is very convenient and the staff is really helpful. Basically within walking distance to a lot of attractions and there are a few convenient stores just down the hotel. There is a restaurant right next to the hotel that closes around 4 am in the morning. The hotel gets this big shower/bathroom up on the 18th floor which overlooks the city of Sapporo, love it...!!

they do have wifi in room and at the hotel lobby, but not very stable. The staff checked on me about the internet service; so I told them about the stability. They said they will look into the issue.

By Japan standards, the room was fairly spacious. Modern design. Clean. Spacious bathroom, and everything worked. Good location, a very short walk to the nearest station.

The trendiest, newest, coolest hotel I have stayed in in Japan. Costs were comparative to all other hotels. Close to Sapporo Station. Can't fault it!

全体的にクオリティが高いようにかんじました。 大浴場も見晴らしがよく良かったです。 ベッドも広く寝心地もよかったです。

大浴場は利用者向けに室内のタオルではなく置いてあったら便利ではないか。 エレベーター内でタオルを持った人とすれ違うのは温泉客ではないので

雰囲気や内装が良かった。ロケーションも良い。

Nice rooms, decent location and the staff tried hard to please.

Almost no one at the hotel spoke English. When I am in a foreign country I realize that the onus is on me to speak the local language. But if the Cross is trying to attract international visitors, and that does seem to be the case, then they need to hire some front desk help who speak a language other than Japanese. The Sapporo Grand, around the corner from the Cross, is an example of a hotel that is doing it right. That's where I would stay the next time I'm in Sapporo.

The service was excellent! We basically asked them to plan for our entire trip (route + price and everything), and they did so without hesitation. The hotel was very classy too, and the room was spacious and the toilet beautiful.

The outdoor daiyokujyou for males was a bit too small... I couldn't enter when more than 2 guys were there...

シングルの部屋でしたが、booking.comの説明ではバスタブとありましたが、実際はシャワーのみでした。

とっても綺麗。 部屋にあった紅茶・コーヒーが無料なのにおいしい。 大浴場がとっても清潔で気持ちいい。日本人なのでお風呂があるのはかなり魅力的！お風呂の水も美味しかった- 。 お風呂まで備え付けのパジャマとスリッパでいけるところがかなり気に入った！ アメニティも○！

おしゃれと言われればそうなのだが、照明が暗い。 朝食目当てで泊ったのだが、シリアルとヨーグルトのトッピングに缶詰のフルーツがあってちょっとがっかり・- ・・ 駅の地下道が近くにないので、すこし寒い。まっ歩ける距離ではある！
